I do hope it looks better after the changes. I've seen it in the middle and in the left and my opinion on it then was more or less the same, just with the yellow version being a little worse. They did do maintenance on WoC the beginning of this year (before the other day I hadn't seen it since last year) which I think is the only maintenance that's been done on this, so maybe the fountains/projectors are being beaten up by the weather or something. Hopefully they fix whatever's going on, because while there's no sensible story (which would make it a lot better), it's still awesome to look at.

I saw the show Monday night, and once again I couldn't believe how blurry the projections were. Like seriously, I thought it was bad last time but this was worse. Do the fountains need some sort of massive refurbishment or something? It looks like crap to the point where you don't even know what you're supposed to be seeing.

Thanks TPR for another great WCB! I was really impressed by Knott's as I hope others were, they were even more awesome than last year; they were very welcoming and did everything they could to give everyone a good time (ERT lineup was amazing), and the tours were really great. All in all, can't wait for next year! -

Oh crap, I forgot about X2's problems (the lift chain broke right?). I know last time that happened it took a long time to reopen it. Hopefully they've learned from that though, like having another one on site... But not them. -

I'm excited to finally get to ride Full Throttle! I haven't been at all this year because of college. The ERT rides are basically the best ERT group that they can put on, and if lines are shorter this year... -
This news is actually making my parents think about going as a whole family for the first time ever since my Dad and I are coaster freaks but the rest of the family (Mom and two younger siblings) would actually enjoy the growing amount of family/kid-friendly rides. This might actually turn out well enough for the park, but as the parents on here stated it does make sense to have kid rides spread throughout the park... Better than nothing.

Anyone know if it will shake like it does on Lex Luthor due to Superman? I bet Kingda Ka doesn't have a similar sway structure base (maybe it does) so it won't sway, but maybe it will still shake from the vibrations of Kingda Ka? Or are the drop cars too far away to feel anything? This would be a cool bonus if it's there.

I don't think people with little kids would like going across the park for just one kiddie coaster and then going all the way back to Bugs Bunny World. If they had more rides to spread across the park this would work, but it seems like a waste at the moment IMO. Or they're just saving money for their Wooden (YOLO someone died on one of these!) Iron Colossus. Seriously, I bet people will be saying someone died on it within weeks.

Looks fun just like everything else at this amazing park! -
I would guess that the ride manufacturer would let the park know what parts they should be stocking and that this broken part was a fluke... Unless it's normal for parks to stock EVERY part, and do we even know what the part was? And about the third train,is it now normal for Six Flags or Cedar Fair to buy three trains? Forgive me if I'm wrong, but hasn't two trains been the standard unless the coaster can run three at once?

A simple Google search for Six Flag's Magic Mountain November 09, 2013 or the 2nd shows 3 events on the 2nd and 1 event on the 9th. The one on the 9th I've heard legend stories about that seem to grow and grow each year. No idea how many show to the schd events but plan on temps in the low 50's. Yea, the event on the 9th is pretty darn bad. It's "Fall Rally" for Key Club, which is a world-wide service organization. The local groups, including some that travel from Nevada (and I think like one from Hawaii) all come to the park and have a giant rally in the outdoor theater. I went in high school with my school's group, it's the most packed I've ever seen Magic Mountain. Still waited only 10 minutes for Scream though.
