  1. Oh my goodness, this has to be one of the best no-CS creations ever. Your paths, your stations, even the "fences" look fabulous. I haven't been disappointed in this park at all and I hope you will continue to make this park as best it can be with no custom scenery! Lookin' forward to more!
  2. That first airtime hill on Titan at SFOT made me feel like I would literally fly out. My knuckles were white from trying to get myself to stay glued to the seat.
  3. Nothing is worse than fairs. Hell, when I go to them I don't even ride rides because I'm scared they'll break.
  4. Estes Park, Colorado MiniVenture - Sometime in August. After venturing to Elitch Gardens and the Denver Aquarium, we headed for Estes Park, our main visit for Colorado. Now now, I'm not into the nature stuff so I didn't enjoy the trip here that much. It was mostly for a church group trip, and I must say, I'm not really religious so I didn't like all of the things we talked about while being there. We stayed at the YMCA of the Rockies. It was a fun and adventurous resort! Despite not liking nature, I liked the place a bit. The most fun things were going on a huge zipline and a hayride around the mountainous area. We also went on a lot of hikes early in the morning, like 4:30 am. While not having too much fun, I loved the views that you could get all over the town. Even Downtown Estes was nice, and you could see the eerie Stanley Hotel up on a huge hill! I'll keep giving you descriptions in each picture, so you'll find out more in them. Our lodge? Very beautiful! Look at that view! I must admit, I didn't really like this part of the mountains. It was too high and I started feeling dizzy and sick. Another trail we found. These things are all over the place! When will this trail end? Some trails can last miles. We finally had to turn around after about a mile. We were getting tired and wanted to continue on. Mmm, I love the smell of pine in the morning. Driving around the area. There's lots of roads that go on for many miles! You can end up in different towns if you don't stop and turn around. Bye Denver! Time to head back to Kansas. I hope you enjoyed this natural look that you don't normally find on TPR! ----------------- If you realized, I didn't take lots of pictures over this trip. Next year when I go to parks, expect tons more shots and more TRs!
  5. I'd say Zambezi Zinger. It was a classic, fun, and pretty exciting so I don't really know why they took it out. I'm pretty sure they removed it because of expensive maintenance costs and they barely had any parts to keep it updated. But yeah, when Cedar Fair removed it the visitors hated it. Epecially when they found out Boomerang was coming in.
  6. Well, SFDK isn't necessarily the most popular park in California, so I wouldn't expect ginormous waits for this. It'll be pretty busy, but nothing over an hour wait in line I'm assuming.
  7. It's looking pretty good. I like how you didn't use a lot of custom objects!
  8. Nice update Shane! I just realized how different the loop/corkscrew supports looked back in the 70's. Thanks for sharing!
  9. Yes Have you ever owned a dog?
  10. Damn, you work fast AJ. It's still looking really nice! I love all of the swooping drops and turns packed into the coaster!
  11. Wait, I'm confused. There's a ghost haunting CGA? And he supposedly screams from 10pm - 12am every few nights? Well... that's interesting.
  12. I've had this hard debate over which park is better... Busch Gardens Tampa or Islands of Adventure. They're both fantastic parks, but when it comes to deciding, I find it to be a hard choice! You can go to IOA to have some good rides, fantastic themes, but busy lines for rides and attractions. What I like about the park is the theme that goes with each ride, it's incorporated well! But when it comes to lines and business, its probably gets the spot on #1 on the charts. Although, Busch Gardens has a great selection of rides, not the best themes, but they'red still good!, and the park never seems to be too busy compared to other parks around the area. When I think of Busch Gardens, I think of fabulous rides, good shows, and lines that aren't that bad to wait in. So this is where you come in... which park do you like better and why?
  13. That looks like a great ride from the artwork. But dont get hyped up about the name, remember Cheetah Hunt?
  14. ^ Bummer. A Mack Mega Lite?! I dont think thats right...
  15. All of these rides are looking great guys!
  16. It's really not too bad! Although your buildings are very square and huge. You also need to add footers to your coasters and maybe use custom supports for the woodie.
  17. That''s a cute little show. I bet kids love watching that! I can't believe I've never heard of that, but it must be really hidden
  18. ^^ Thats a pretty strange... thing. Is it track?
  19. Why are you guys getting so serious about two coaster manufacturers? Steve basically stated some good things. They're both great manufactures that make great rides and attractions. Why get in a fight over them? I'm pretty sure all of us like both Intamins and B&M's so no need to argue. Some of my favorite rides are Intamins, but that doesn't mean B&M makes good rides also. If you're so serious about it, why not make your own thread?
  20. It's looking pretty nice. But truthfully, lots could be fixed about it. You need better foliage. Make it more dense to make it realistic. You also need to widen your paths, its not realistic when theres a skinny little path. You should also add footers to the coasters and make the wooden supports all custom. I will look out for more updates!
  21. I loved the ride when it was open. Sure, it was a little restricted on the newer technologies, but I enjoyed it. So yeah its kinda sad to see a classic ride go, but I guess we could be seeing new attractions in the future!
  22. Well. This is an interesting idea. It won't follow through from what I'm thinking, however.
  23. I do not want a Huss ride. I dont think it would fit the park that well... In other news, the Holiday Lights is a pretty good concept!
  24. It might not be your best building but it surely looks nice! The whole park is still looking great!
  25. The Ritz Carlton in Orlando is for sure my favorite place to be. It's expensive, but it's great!
