Valleyfair (VF) Discussion Thread

Are flying pigs riding this giga coaster? -
I don't agree that Silver Bullet was placed in well. The coaster is a mass of steel that is an eyesore in many angles of the ride and the entire area is a big concrete area. Honestly, the only parts of the ride that are well placed is the helix and the cobra roll. Knott's can squeeze something in without a problem. It's not a matter of where they build it, it is more a matter of will they actually build it.

What Was The Last Coaster You Rode?

Maverick last Friday. Those transitions were not as tough as I expected them to be. -

Can't wait to go to HW for the first time tomorrow. The weather won't be that great, but it's not stopping me from coming! -

simple: it is not the largest park coaster. (If you save the maximum 3-4) Oh, cool, SFMM is the largest coaster park even though when Colossus closes down, CP & SFMM will have the same amount of thrilling roller coasters. Not to mention that CP has a higher quantity of thrilling flat rides... Yep, those kiddie coasters are really keeping SFMM with having that coveted coaster crown. -
Carowinds Discussion Thread

Yeah, I think the leak was real. Remember when KI leaked about The Bat last year? Well, a 199' B&M wing coaster named "The Bat" did come to KI! Wow, what a miracle. (It's ridiculously obvious that this is just Carowinds testing the page, just like what Kings Island did. Also, that webpage confirms nothing.) -

Ooh! A Foam Factory and a S&S tower, this looks really nice. I really like the design of the S&S tower's seating. -
Hersheypark (HP) Discussion Thread

I don't want to be mean or anything, but every one of your posts is basically the same thing by trying to argue on how Laff Trakk should be a custom layout and how the $14 million should've been spent more wisely. It's like you registered on TPR just to be negative about Laff Trakk. -
National Roller Coaster Day
XYZ replied to boldikus's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Well, it happens to be that August 16th is when I go to my first park on my 6-park Midwest trip: Holiday World. I can't wait to be the only Californian in Holiday World. -
Hersheypark (HP) Discussion Thread
XYZ replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
How do we know they denied Mack? Not doubting you just curious where that information came from. Also, We all know that Hershey isn't known for turning down prototypes. Skyrush and Fahrenheit say hi. I read about HP chose Intamin because Mack presented the invert spinning powered coaster and Hershey didn't want to build a prototype coaster. HP could've purchased a standard Mack spinning coaster... -

Well, I guess it's going to be Iron Horse Mean Streak now just because the guy in charge of controlling the videocams focused it on Mean Streak. Seems legit... -

SWSD recieves over four million guests annually, so the park will still have a large crowd with a drop in attendance. -
California Great America (CGA) Discussion Thread
XYZ replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Pretty simple: Delta Flyer is in the Orleans Place area. Eagle's Flight is (formerly) in the County Fair area. Obviously, Delta Flyer wouldn't make sense in a County Fair-themed area and Eagle's Flight, you know, wouldn't make sense in a New Orleans-themed area. -

Legoland California: 2015: Intamin Giga Coaster 2016: Intamin Blitz Coaster 2017: Intamin Wooden Coaster 2018: Intamin Mega-Lite 2019: Intamin Accelerator Coaster 2020: Intamin takes over the world Oh noes, it's a 6-year plan. Everyone run! -
California Great America (CGA) Discussion Thread

I thought that had to do with haunt. They are doing renovations to CGA's Pavilion and adding a seperate entrance for it. Other than that, there is absolutely no rumors about next year's addition other than people blantantly making stuff up. I wouldn't expect much anyways.
