  1. Full Throttle is my favorite ride at SFMM. It would be a great coaster if the restraints were comfortable.
  2. A few notes from my fabulous trip to Knott's yesterday: -The Hoseman is finally working on the Log Ride. -The Mine Ride looks great, as well as the improvements to Camp Snoopy. (hooray for no more GR8 SK8!) -Montezooma was running very well at midday. -Catawampus' eyes are no longer glowing and I haven't heard him moo in awhile, perhaps he is sleeping. -Boomtown is a really good show and I enjoyed it, even though I'm usually not interested in shows. -I managed to go on Xcelerator 4 times in a row in the last hour since it is a walk on. 10pm closings are so much fun. -The Claim Jumper across the street closes before the park closes.
  3. It's called YOLOcoaster, not Fool Throttle. Soon they're gonna give it a makeover, call it YOLOSWAGCoaster, and advertise it as a new coaster. Maybe FoOl 7hr0ttl3 is the new name of the coaster. You know, to connect more with the newer generation.
  4. According to a lead at Xcelerator, Mantis Man told her that Iron Colossus is happening.
  5. It's called Full Throttle, not Fool Throttle.
  6. It's just a RCT3 park. JohnnyRCT3 for all I care can send the park to the moon.
  7. I think it's funny when I see, frequently, people bumping old topics just to ask if the park is dead or not.
  8. I just bought the WCB 2014 Knott's tickets. Last year's event at Knott's was amazing, so I can't wait for this one.
  9. Knott's has a wild west themed Panda Express in Ghost Town. Go figure.
  10. I'm going to Knott's this Sunday and I can't wait to check out the new ride and the Camp Snoopy renovations. If the 2015 addition is a Triotech dark ride coaster in the KOD building, I'm fine with that. Some wishful thinking is that they return the Schulz Theater/KOD Building area back to the Roaring 20s since that area of the Boardwalk was never converted into a boardwalk theme. I love all the haters on Screamscape. I am the first to admit there are rumors that were posted that weren't accurate (SFGAM saying RMC for Iron Eagle and it ended up being a brand new coaster, Knotts getting a giga when it ended up being the new Boardwalk, yet still claims this may come in 2016), but recently he's posted a lot (AGAIN NOT ALL) correct info. Posted about Banshee at KI over a year ago, posted about Iron Colossus over a year ago (given that's what they do with it, but all signs point to that) among other rides he's posted spot on. I'm not saying its a 100% reliable source, cause it's not, BUT its a good source for information. Since when are rumors always true and accurate? Wouldn't they be called facts instead. (People need to understand what the definition of a rumor is. Ugh.)
  11. A look at other parks by XYZ: PROJECT I: Playland Park PROJECT II: Murdoch Gardens PROJECT III: Marriott's Great America DC Final Downloads by XYZ: Montezooma's Revenge Recreation [NL] PROJECT II: Murdoch Gardens [RCT2] ----------------------------------------- UPDATE TWO 1982 - 1986 UPDATE THREE 1987 - 1989 Hello folks! It has been forever since I created a new update for any of my RCT2 parks, let alone creating a new park on here. Sorry about the delay, I was saving the Earth yet again from Martian terrorism, Klingons, and Mermen. As usual, backstories are dumb and pointless in my opinion, so I go STRAIGHT TO THE POINT! Here we go! UPDATE ONE Here is a general overview of the scenario! Oooh! Here is an abandoned factory. There's a good chance that there's a sweat shop secretly inside. A farm, which is 100% legal, I'm sure of it. The Levittown of RCT2! The super secret employee lot and park offices! Oooh!! Foresty forest of forests. YOU WANT TO DOWNLOAD THIS? Go ahead. MONEY: http://www.themeparkreview.com/game_exchange/track.php?id=3164 NO MONEY: http://www.themeparkreview.com/game_exchange/track.php?id=3165 If you are playing money, here's a little cheat that I put in: Remove the scenery around where the treasure chest and you can earn $8826 for free! Now, it's time for... . . . . . THE ACTUAL PARK! Yes, this update is not only for this scenario where you will dedicate your entire life just to make a subpar park, you will see my park (since that's what you came here for). Without further ado, here is Riverview Park opening year, 1981: Entrance!!! You can see the entrances to the "Cable Cars" and "Clear Lake Rafts" attractions too. This is the first themed area: Garden Grove, which can be identified by the rocky footpath. The end of Clear Lake Rafts is to the left while the Cypress Café is to the right. Swan Lake and a restroom! This is the second themed area: Union Square. Here you can see my personal favorite 1981 building: The Union Square Station for Riverside Railway. Union Square also has Flying Aces, a Schwarzkopf Enterprise ride. Back to Garden Grove, you can see the "Grand Suspensionish Bridge". Now, here's the third and final themed area: Mill Town, which is where the 2 major rides of the park are located. In this photo, you can see the station for Lightning Streak, the park's main attraction, a Schwarzkopf looping coaster. In the back of Mill Town is Mill Run, an Arrow log flume. A closer look at Mill Run's station. Here's the Mill Town Station for Riverside Railway A good majority of Mill Run's layout. To the left, you can see Timber Spinner, the Eli Bridge Scrambler of Riverview Park. To the right, you can see the Quicksilver Lodge eatery. The first part of Lightning Streak's layout. The second part of Lightning Streak's layout. The last photo is going to be another image of Lightning Streak. It's the last update, NOW CRY TO YOUR MOMMY!
  12. I like how so many people think Colossus is horrible because they rode those terrible Psyclone trains and expected them to be just the same forwards. Forwards with those Morgan trains is a pretty fun ride. It's not the most intense wooden coaster, though it's in no way painful.
  13. It is clearly shown on the site that: -The dark ride is a rumor -The employees cleaning the KOD building is a rumor -It is his opinion that it would be a perfect spot for a dark ride It's pretty clear on his site that you should read these rumor posts with a grain of salt because, you know, it's a rumor! Plus, the site is a great source of news, so I think it's a pretty reliable website.
  14. I personally don't have a problem with Six Flags. They have their ups and downs, but so does Cedar Fair. I really did like SFGAdv, but CP overall is by far, in my opinion, about the best you can get when it comes to the most well rounded park. Its Clean, Great Coasters, Great collection of family rides, and of course has a great location. If it had an animal section to it, then it'd be perfect! Everyone has their own opinion, but I've noticed that its certainly overall looked at as the best. But it really depends on what you're into. Did you check out Gatekeeper on your last visit to CP?
  15. . Yeah, I never believed that one... lol I didn't believe it either. Though, I'm starting to hear wild speculation, such as the one about combining both tracks of Colossus which would make it the longest coaster in the world, when honestly, I doubt SFMM will do that.
  16. Dragon at LEGOLAND California last Friday.
  17. I bet you if Six Flags still owned Darien Lake, they would have put in a Tony Hawk's Big Spin/Pandemonium coaster in where the campground pools were instead of Motocoaster! I bet you $5. ^You guys know that I was kidding on the betting portion of my last post, but the campground pools would still go if Six Flags still owned Darien Lake and Ride of Steel would be renamed "Bizarro"! Well, there's basically no evidence other than pure speculation that points to either happening during the Six Flags era. Plus, Superman at SFA never became Bizarro.
  18. I bet you if Six Flags still owned Darien Lake, they would have put in a Tony Hawk's Big Spin/Pandemonium coaster in where the campground pools were instead of Motocoaster! I bet you $5.
  19. Remember when we thought Full Throttle was going to be some 6000' long terrain coaster filled with airtime hills? Yep, that really happened. I like the idea of an Iron Horse Colossus, though I'd not raise your expectations too high until the announcement is made.
  20. Most of the time, X2 is just a 4th dimension coaster.
