^I will haha. Personally I thought the re-theme to Harry Potter was ridiculous just for the fact that the last movie just came out...no more books, no more movies...why have a third of a theme park for Harry Potter? Anyway, the result of the accidents is very depressing. I love that this is the first system to make sure the duels happen at the correct location and time throughout the course. Now we will have to wait if we ever get to see it again.

I didn't say it was going to be a wing rider, I was just giving my 2 cents on the theming aspect using examples you gave. Either way this thing is going to kick A$$ -

^Look at the TRs for both Gardaland and Thorpe Park. They have tremendous theming throughout the parks, more than what I've seen in any of the US parks I've visited. CF, and SF for that fact, are not that big on spending a decent amount of money on theming their rides. Believe me I would LOVE to see a XRaptor or Swarm style theming but I don't think it's going to happen. -

I was hoping for Knotts over Labor Day but that's not happening anymore . At this point maybe another trip to SFMM over the winter? -

B&M making a 100ft leap in their heights...I'm good with that -

Themeing is more on the park/chain. As far as I know the manufacturers have little or nothing to do with theming other than how the ride will behave around it. CF, not too big on the theming so I'm not going to assume any good European park style theming. -

Well if that tag is correct, and I'm going to go ahead and say it is, then my theory from an hour ago is dead in the water.....hello B&M giga EDIT: Also, I'm not sure if there's a pecking order in which B&M has their track delivered, whether it be just load it and go or furthest from the staging area first etc., but that piece on the truck looks to be the slanted brake runs that hold the LIMs. Could that be the rumored launch as well? I would assume they'd use LIMs instead of hydraulics -

I always thought the sheer bulkiness of the trains and track prevented much more height out of a B&M. There has to be a lot of weight/forces just looking at their overall structural designs. I could be wrong and somebody feel free to correct me if they know otherwise but if they were to go to 300+ feet something might have to change to support that weight. -

I can't see a B&M giga, as awesome as it would be. Personally I want to see them try a launched looper. Imagine a launched sit down into a quick "whippy" zero g roll then a dive loop. mmmmmmmmm -
Nice tip, checked out a few youtube vids and they are pretty freakin awesome. Never heard of them before, and I wouldn't consider it cheesy, just plain in your face heavy metal! Haha I have fun with my music. I listen to just about everything that isn't most country, rap, or bubble gum pop, sticking with hard rock and melodic death metal as my favs. I'm one of few people I know that can go from WhiteChapel to a Bach or Motzart piece with no issues. Power metal to me is exactly what it is though, shock rock/hair metal (KISS, Poison, etc.) meets the NWOBHM (Iron Maiden, Judas Priest etc.) I love both genres and the combo of the two makes it even better. But it is what it is, lots of theatrics and singing about mythical creatures and stuff but I love every second of it.

Not knowing much about this park other than it has "the b&m sitdown with the big blimp building" and "that one car ride with the weird ferris wheel lift", would a re-theme of the park do it any justice? Is its placement good, where the crowds come from etc? I thought it had potential when I heard about the concept but clearly I was wrong.

Wider trains equals wider track. Look at the difference between B&M's standard 4 wide train style vs Griffon at 10 wide. I'm more interested in the change of Intamin's track period. Not following the construction of I-305, it took me a while to realize "hey, this isn't Intamin's normal track." I learned to love the square and triangular crosshatched track and now it has an extra tube running through it. Very cool looking and I'm sure it has some sort of force controlling purpose. -

^ I'm in the same boat, Tatsu messed with my head and it was awesome but that combo of the 540* roll - loop - lie to fly turnaround thing looks like it will make you reconsider who your mommy is -
Thanks I'll give that a try!

Hi All, looking for a bit of help here. I've noticed my computers mouse is "off center" i guess you could say. When I go to click on something instead of the point of selection being at the tip of the pointer its off somewhere in a circle about a 1/4 inch around the pointer. Also this point is random, sometimes its north east of the pointer, due south etc. Has anybody heard of an issues like this or know how to re-calibrate the mouse or fix this problem? It gets really annoying when I'm in no limits and have to click randomly around a node to finally select it. It's a standard wired optical mouse that came with the computer if that's any help. Thanks in advance! Harper

^^ But technically wouldn't any track piece with a brake or transport wheel have the elongated ties like that no matter what model it is? -

Any power metal fans out there? One hot diddy I've been into recently is a band called "Powerwolf", finally got an album today and it's full of what I consider cheesy goodness. I'm not the biggest power metal fan but I get the urge to listen every once and a while, this will satisfy that urge for a good while. Think Lordi meets Iced Earth.

I'm going to jump on the invert wagon here. There's an awful lot of I-beams and as far as I know the inverts tend to use them more often for lift supports, catwalk supports etc. Wouldn't it be awesome if it was similar to that small beast going in at Park Asterix? -

^^^There's support columns in there too not just the beams for the transfer/staion. Unless they're doing something like silver bullet with the lift then the colors are odd to me. But like Steve said, at least it's not red
