My brothers and I waited 5 hours just to get into Dragster's station the first Wednesday it was open. I was all excited because my older brother pulled me and my little brother out of school just so we could go to the great Cedar Point and ride it. We were about halfway through the queue when it broke down. Of course we wanted to ride front row so that added another hour and a half seeing it broke down constantly . Second longest was for Milennium, 3 hours on 4th of July a few years back. Other than those two I haven't really had unbearably long waits for everything else I've ridden.

^yea, after looking at that route it doesn't make much sense to me, and looking at the standard I-10 route it doesn't look too terribly close to the I-405, especially with a slight detour.

I was iffy on this thing when they first announced it. Then as I started to realize how friggin high up you are I got excited about the height, let alone the fact that you're spinning with no floor and nothing but a chair and a lap bar . Too bad I moved from Detroit to Phoenix, looks like I'll be making a trip to Knotts to ride theirs.

I'll look into that route. I already have time off of work so this weekend is not able to reschedule, maybe I'll have to fork out more for another day at the park if all else fails. Thanks for the tips guys! How about a good plan to tackle the park? In my readings I've noticed that a lot run to X2 and Tatsu first but with a girlfriend who has a bum knee there will be no running.

Hi All, I'm a long time coaster nut and a this is my first post on TPR, I'm very excited to join your group! I'm planning my first trip to SFMM over the weekend of July 15-17, planning on spending only that Saturday in the park. I want to hit all 18 coasters somehow but I know crowds will probably be insanely large. If we have the extra funds we'll be getting a Gold Flash Pass but that has yet to be determined. Basically I'm looking for any tips and tricks for a first time visit. Thanks!
