Some stupid patents let their special needs son shoot fireworks directly at my dad's house a few hours ago, and said fireworks nearly hit my stepmom as she was leaving the house to see why people were shooting fireworks off after midnight. I'm sorry, but the kid was definitely underage and nowhere near qualified to be handling fireworks, and the parents didn't care one bit that their child could have injured my stepmom or worse, caught my house on fire.

I didn't know they sold the ride to SFOG, dismantled it, transported it 4 hours south, rebuilt it, and tested it enough to open in the last 24 hours. Seriously though, you replied to the wrong thread. You're looking for the Dollywood thread.

Simply incredible attention to detail. In a few of those shots, I would have mistaken them as real if I didn't know it was a model.

I think quiet areas that are well shaded help make a park special. Places where you can sit down, relax, and plan the next part of the day while being virtually alone or not near many people.

Great trip report! From the coasters to the food, this TR is pushing Europa Park to the top of my bucket list.

This is a state that has 3 Batman clones, two of which are right down the road from each other. I think anything is a possibility at the moment.

I hear the squealing as well, but it's probably due to friction and the contact between the wheels and the metal plates the wheels travel on. Is it loud? Yes. Is it really annoying? Probably not while you're riding. Screaming teenage girls are much more annoying.

...So you mean they aren't 100% Six Flags parks? Nope. They're just managed by the company. Six Flags itself only owns about a third of SFOG, I believe.
