^ I visited the park when it was Hard Rock Park and it had a lot of problems. Too expensive, not enough to do, not enough shade, bad location, poor advertising.

I don't think there should be rules like that, I DO think that parents should take responsibility for their children, since different children react differently to situations and no one knows your children better than you. But, this IS America, so I'm sure a lot of people need the rules.

I wouldn't think they'd have to remove anything to put it in. Way back when, they had the Crystal Beach Comet stored in pieces back there. They also had a bumper boats that they took out and never replaced with anything. There should be plenty of room for a slide back there.

Ahhhh everything I hear about this ride makes me more and more excited to ride it. Every time I drive past the exit for the park I think VERBOLTEN!!!

I have used fastpasses WAY outside their window, but I never realized it was a "no-no" because no cast member ever told me I shouldn't do it.

This looks like an AWESOME trip and just for my own entertainment I looked at what it would cost to fly out there... $1300 to fly to Singapore?? I can't believe it's that cheap! I need to stop being a teacher so I can take trips when airfare is cheaper.

My plans have changed, like they always dooooo... now I'm most likely not going to Europe but a trip down south has been booked. I'm going to Disney World, then flying down to Central America for some non-coastering adventure.

I grew up about 90 minutes from Toronto, and did enjoy visiting Ontario Place but I'm not surprised it is closing. There was so much more to do there when I was a kid - the maze thing where you scanned the card, the Nintendo and Lego pavilions (I think that's what they were, right?) were all gone the last time I visited the place, which was probably almost 10 years ago now. And it seemed disproportionately expensive to get in, with so little to do. I did really think that log flume was great, it had so much more theming than other log flumes, and it seemed really long. I think people haven't talked about it before now because a. these are coaster dorks, not log flume dorks, and b. Ontario Place was such a small park. You don't hear people talking about Silver Comet all day long.

FWIW, I rank my coasters based on my last ride on them. That way, my opinion is on how they currently run or most recently run. Just my $.02
