Weirdest Things The 'GP' Have Said
The SETGO Guys replied to maliboomer's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I was at Disney's Hollywood Studios Saturday- 1. Kid on Tower of Terror- THIS IS THE BEST ROLLERCOASTER I'VE EVER BEEN ON! 2. Some Chicks waiting for the Great Movie Ride as I'm getting off-"Is this ride good?" (In retrospect I should've said "No, It's GREAT!") It was a pretty fun day, also a ton of GP remarks from my parents and family. Thanks Andrew (Pufferfish) for hanging out with me! I had a ton of fun! -

One of my favorite features on the site is the Random Stuff feature! It would be cool to see it more or less updated, maybe even random links in the forum (A thread). That might allow for more forum interaction. One Idea for the front page is- maybe we can have a picture of the week that is the background for the main page. (It could also be another contest idea) You've put so much work and time into this site and we all appreciate everything you do for it! Thanks! -Zach

The SETGO Guys replied to Gerstlauer1's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Kian, Great trip report! It sounds like you had a great visit to Heide Park! Too bad about the Arrow and the Vekoma, but the rest of the rides sound awesome! I really want to head out to this park! Desert Storm is a great ride. Of course you need to come on down to Florida to come ride Shiekra! (And all our awesome coasters!) Thanks! -Zach -

This trip report was great! I really love the stories you tell, so often (Even with me) we pretty much just get a trip report, you expand your trip reports in to fabulous (True) stories that we can all follow and sometimes relate to! Also, I was walking home from school today (About a 1.5 Miles) I got pretty bored, I pulled out my computer, before I had lost internet I actually had opened your PTR, so I got to read it all the way home (Which made my work a ton more enjoyable!) Thanks! -Zach -

A PC Whats worse than a broken down coaster? -
I really can't wait to see this come to Florida! (Little Mermaid) I hope they do re-design the ride layout. (A really abrupt ending) However I think the most spectacular scene has to be Ursula! Just wow! So fluid and lifelike, If you ever get an stopped on that ride, that would be the place to be stopped. The ride doesn't really seem to tell a story, it seems like more of a Musical "Best Hits" Version. In fact Disney actually acknowledged this on the ride wait time sign, so kudos to them! A great looking! Great job to WDI! Wait time sign Oh and the Chocolate sounds sweet too, the Ghirardeli building is really picturesque, can't wait to see a re-creation of that!

It looks like the Wild Mouse cars are attached to one another. Are they single cars? Or are they trains? Thanks! -Zach -

Memorial day weekend! Even for such a small park like this I would expect a bigger crowd. :/ It was so nice of Michigans Adventure to name their coaster after me! Zachs Zoomer! (I need to ride this!) -

Steel Eel has a really nice look to it! The Morgan Hypercoasters have an amazing Streamlined look to them that makes them very appealing to the eye. I usually don't say this, but I think this park could really use a few more flat rides. Sea World in California just opened a Flat Ride called Riptide Rescue that is a Huss Airboat ride I think this really would be a great, somewhat inexpensive fit for the Vacant Log Flume area! When Aquatica opens (Next year I believe) it should make the park even greater! I hope to get out there to visit it someday! -
Legoland is a really great looking park! While the waterpark wouldn't be quite appealing to me....However it looks great for young kids! I would've loved it when I was younger! The whole park seems to have a great atmosphere! One question is on the Fire Fun Town academy, How did they get those wait times so exact? Great Report SoCal! Looking forward to more Legoland Uupdates!

The cars are really amazing looking! I love the "wings" that come out! -
Prepared to be unshocked! I just really don't care for HRRR, its just an OK coaster, nothing really special, I would have rather seen a B&M Hyper put there like Hollywood Dream in Tokyo....Also the coaster while it looks awesome, just ruins the forced prospective and theming of the parks Anyway, as for a Coaster to tear down, I don't think any, each coaster is a magnificent work of Engineering and I hate to see them go, no matter how bad they are -Zach

Dude, don't bash my work! It's a school project and considering the materials we were given, I think I did a pretty good job, I wasn't aiming to be Impressive, I was just having a little fun with my rocket by decorating it! I was not trying to wow anyone, I've built way better Rockets before, but the constraints for the project required me to build it that way, Sorry if you don't LIKE it....But its my Rocket not yours! (Oh and a Ride Op is seeing if he can hang it up in the ride office) Zach

Why so many ride-attendants?
The SETGO Guys replied to simon8899's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Disney is pretty good at getting dispatches out quickly. Universal is pretty good too! But one thing that hinders the US is all the idiots, thats why we have so many safety procedures, so people can't sue. And of course we need to do a VISUAL SCAN!!!
