Beech Bend Discussion Thread

I am going to be at holidayworld this year and it looks like I will have most of a day to kill and was thinking about hitting up beech bend for a few hours and was wondering if it is worth the 90 or so minute drive from santa claus. -

At least it won't be so humid in there now and they should have plenty of room for the new coastere that has been strongly rumored. -

A little chill in the air at night would be a nice change of pace from the blistering heat we usually get at that time of the year in the desert. -

Was planning my first trip to cp(finally)for the tuesday and wednesday after memorial day and was just wondering if any of you cp veterans know what the crowds usually look like that time of year. I will be staying at hotel breakers if that makes any difference. -
What is your non-theme park travel bucket list?
Kyle Coleman replied to disneyfan1313's topic in Random, Random, Random
Mine are mostly golf related as it is really the only other reason I would travel someplace besides theme parks and rollercoasters.I would love someday to see the masters in person if I the tickets weren't so expensive and hard to get. Would also like to play pebble beach and since I am in the area spyglass hill. Would also like to see hawaii someday but the lying on the beach thing is just not my style and I am afraid I would get bored. -

I really hope this turns out to be true. We haven't gotten a new coaster here in years. -
Just finished up the walking dead episode one and I am about to move onto episode two. It lives up to all the hype as it was great in the first episode and I hear that it only gets better. Also saw super meat boy on sale the other day and picked that one up. One of the hardest games I have ever played but also very satisfiying when you finish a tough level.

Without a doubt the dumpiest place on the strip. Surprisingly excellent steakhouse though. -
voldemort2927. I mostly play mortal kombat complete edition these days if you want to go a few fights.

If you do find that you have an extra day I would recomend a day trip down to busch gardens. Excellent combination of a world class zoo with some of the best coasters in florida. There is also a free shuttle that runs down there from seaworld.
