Holiday World (HW) Discussion Thread
Kyle Coleman replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I rode the voyage in early June for holliwood nights and it blew me away with how great it was. I did ride it mostly in the front and did notice that the middle sections of the train are a little on the rough side and it starts to smooth out again towards the back. The waterpark is also by far the best waterpark I have ever been to. Holidayworld would almost be worth the cross country trip just for that. Shame about the timberliners though it would have been nice to have a bit more leg room. -
If yoohoo counts a soft drink I had one of those a little while ago. Haven't had one in a while and forgot how good they are.

I would probably hit that beast at least once. It would be worth cracking a rib to say I did it. Would love to see rmc or gci take a shot at building a new version of it. -
Best And Worst Coaster In California

best steel for me:x2(look at the username) worst steel: Green lantern(currently sits in my second to last steel slot only ahead of vortex at pki) best wood: apocalypse(just really fun all the way to the end looking forward to some power riding during wcb) worst wood: ghostider(so frustrating to me because the layout is great but the ride is so rough it sucks the fun out of it) -

Knotts does offer a line skipping pass for scary farm called fright lane. I think last year it was around 40 bucks or so. Also, if you can swing it the vip option for horror nights is well worth the extra money. It was so nice not to have to make any kind of plan and just go around and do things in any particular order I wanted to. The free food and drinks were also a nice touch and it is the only way to get alcohol during horror nights as they don't have it available anywhere else in the park except for the vip lounge.
