It held two basketball teams, hosted several exhibits and countless concerts. It was replaced by the Fedex Forum in 2005.

This has come up a few times before but it seems to be alot bigger and more planned-out this go around. http://ericsongroup.com/pyramid/main.htm I think we can all agree this would be better than an oversized Bass Pro Shop. (even though they are cool). I'll keep everybody updated.

Update Year 47 Here's a cool shot of Zhambi Sidewinder it looks really tall here for some reason. FlyUira's entrance plaza is complete. I guess they didn't transform the gift shop... It still has alot of FlyUira apparel, though. I like the park's current skyline. It's probably the best its looked since the initial Hershey days. Through the trees! Delusion is a scary ride... It looks cool from every angle. That is a steep hill! The twisted section of Excavation as seen from above. TRAGEDY STRUCK THE PARK AS I WAS LEAVING! A vandal poured oil over Phoenix's exit stairs... and you can see what the result was. Three died on the scene, one died later that evening and 4 are still in the hospital. I'll be sure to update you on this horrible act of violence and what is being done to find the person who did this. More soon.

It can happen in any store, no matter if it's in a nice section of two or bad. Mentally-ill people can live anywhere. My prayers are with the victims' families.

Update Year 47 Sorry for the lack of updates lately! Work has been brutal! The season is well underway, but attendance levels have been at an all-time low so far. Next season expect to see lower prices and more advertisments on your t.v. set. The crowds seemed decent today. Would've been a perfect shot if that speaker wasn't in the way! They really stretched it out! Still one forceful ride! The new restaurant has been extremely successful, especially around breakfast time when most people are entering the park. I forget about Twizzler Turnover all the time... it's still there! More soon!

Hey Robb (and anybody else for that matter), saw this today, thought it might help a bit. Not that you're making any mistakes on the diet, just thought it was an interesting read. Most of it is common sense but there were a few that surprised me. Don't lose focus, they'll start coming off again soon.

Best: Burger at the Irish place at USO Worst: This "health" vegetable sandwhich from the food court at Epcot. It might just be the worst-tasting food that I've ever eaten.

HOTEL HELVETICA LOBBY FLOODS The lobby is the first main section of the hotel to flood. Within minutes the lobby is flooded completely.

Update Year 47 Welcome to the park's 47th season! Here's the ride's final colors! The ride's finale is one of the most intense turns I've ever experienced on a coaster. Don't let this ride's small size fool you! The ride was originally due to feature a pretzel loop in front of the waterfall but due to space restraints it was shortened to just a banked turn. However, the ride does feature two zero-g rolls, which is uncommon for the standard flyer. I prefer this style of drop to the swooping kind. While not tall, this ride still packs a surprising punch. Use FRAPS. It's $35 and is worth every penny. Unless you're on a poor-peformance computer, it should do fine. (It will record lag if there is any, though)

I was surprised to see where Thunderhead was on your lists! But I haven't been on the Intamin or GG woodies so I guess that would explain it. I guess when you've ridden as many as you two have it gets hard to put them in a list like that.

^ It won't always be like that. Keep staying on track, Robb. You might be there in 31 days, but you'll still be there. Question: Will you stay on this after the 30 days if you do lose 30 pounds?

Usually the off-season has just begun when they announce it. So here's one last Year 46 update: The park's original gift shop may be converted into a FlyUira gift shop but nothing's confirmed yet. The park has begun to dismantle the skyway. I'm betting its replacement will debut for the Year 48 season. I see Surf. Here's a panoramic shot of the "better" side of Grande Bay Boardwalk. Baja Blast has been well-received with the guests so far. Here's an overview of the Hershey Grove / Hershey Research areas of the park. The midways were crowded for an end-of-the-season weekend! It was a bit too cool for the waterpark today. There were a few people there but they weren't near the waterfall! Everybody's heading out for the off-season... In a few months, this shot will be very different. More soon.
