You could, indeed, lose your head if it is loose. -

So it is. I was confusing Lisebergbanan's station with that of the new ride. Pretty cool how they're filtting the new ride in among all those existing attractions. -
Agreed. I always "like" GCI coasters, in fact, I don't think there is a single one that I don't "like", but my personal tastes are just a bit different from their designs. I rank this as my #1 "sensation" Abrupt Airtime_____________________________,y,y,1 And that's just not the kind of ride GCI designs. I had trouble deciding where to place the Chinese wooden coasters because I liked all of them (with the exception of one side of Dualing Dragon). I think Wood Coaster won out largely because of the setting (and the fact that is was a better-than-average GCI).

Wow--this ride is much larger that I had thought based on earlier concepts. I didn't realize that it used so much of the hill, or that it had a tunnel near the drop tower. -
If you could tear down one coaster

Agreed. Disney has no business running a coaster as bad as Paris's version of Space Mountain or Temple of Peril. -

I've never seen a better setting for a ride (Ocean Park's rides have amazing views, too). -
^Maybe swallowing live goldfish is "in" at Chinese colleges.

^I completely missed the zoo. I'm not sure about the girls in the fish pond. Some of them were in there for quite some time, so I guessed they were employees (maybe one of them was); interesting idea for an attraction, though.

Exactly--I think they'd have to reconfigure the station to make this work properly. HRnR at least has a conveyor belt to help out here. We shall see. -
Why all the screaming, Robb?
cfc replied to douggw's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Robb needs to sue the GEICO pig for stealing his line. If GEICO ever runs a commercial with that pig going "wheeeeeee" on a roller coaster, Robb might have a case. -
^That was good, as was the "500 yuan" fine if you're caught taking pictures inside. Interesting that they're so keen on protecting their "intellectual property" (as Bob noted earlier). Prohibiting "home-bound patients" from participating in the Ghost Ship is pretty amusing, too--considering that they would be at home.

^Hmm--interesting. I suppose keeping the train moving could speed things up. I assume they stop the train to accommodate disabled riders who have to transfer from wheelchairs or ECVs. The pouches are a good idea (Disney has been using these for years). -
what ride or rides scared the poop out of you?
cfc replied to geaugadan's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Sitting in the backseat of Jack Rabbit at Kennywood is pretty frightening, too; it's the the textbook example of "ejector air." -
Mr. Fish was quite tasty, indeed. In fact, this was probably the best Chinese meal we had after we left Chendu (and before the very nice Cantonese dinner in Hong Kong). I knew absolutely nothing about Chuanlord before we got there, and was very pleasantly surprised by the park.

^Definitely a pleasant surprise, after hearing a number of people bash it for being "rattly." That little airtime hill was a shocker--in a good way.
