  1. ^ Yes, I think it's only natural that they be compared, they even share a few of the same elements (double down drops, stalls and zero g). WC is more of a relentless in structure Twister, while TC is more double out and back. I don't mind the comparisons, it's the stupid fanboy crap that is annoying. RMC doesn't make anything less than awesome coasters, so anyone that acts like they're getting one coaster right while screwing up the other (which so happens to be the one NOT nearest to them) is full of it.
  2. Both rides are RMCs, and are going to fantastic rides, so quit with the childish cracks. TC isn't close to finished yet, so I don't understand where these ignorant comments are coming from. btw, the drop looks friggin AMAZING.
  3. ^ Thank you Robb. I wish I could ride all of those right now!
  4. ^ Well by then Six Flags will have moved on to those neat looking S&S flip rides. Seriously though, I'm almost afraid to see what SF (under their current management) would do with a Giga. It would be 350ft tall with 4,000ft of track. lol
  5. And the nitpicking TC to death begins, and the ride hasn't even completed its first drops yet. This is hilarious.
  6. In fairness, Six Flags has the #1 rated wood coaster in the world, and more steel coasters in the top 20 then Cedar Fair. So I'm not sure how true your assertion is.
  7. I can't believe people still think bigger automatically means better. It does not.
  8. Once again, ride a mega lite or Lightning Run, and then talk to me about a small drop.
  9. I'm happy we didn't get anything like Goliath, which is fun, but has only one airtime hill. No thanks.
  10. You really should take a ride on Lightning Run at KK.
  11. I'm predicting new trains for the ride's 40th. Tim Burkhart said a few years ago that the Revolution trains were nearing their end of life. I think they will work into some kind marketing plan for the ride. Just my guess though.
  12. My favorite remains The Voyage. Triple down, favorite moment on any coaster.
  13. Not much different than if someone get sick on the first section of The Beast. lol
  14. ^ Bravo! Just wait until TC opens and people start complaining that the ejector air bruised their pretty little legs. lol
  15. ^Oh wow, I didn't even catch that. This ride's gonna be so beautiful looking in a few months.
  16. ^ Yes. It's the nonstop action on this ride (and Medusa) that sets it apart.
  17. Although to me that's like picking out the best looking puppy in the litter. All of their rides so far look amazing. This one perhaps the pick of the litter.
  18. Awesome job! Looks like the ride to beat for 2015 easily. Take the best of Medusa and Texas Giant and we may be looking at #1 steel territory.
  19. Haha... The Top Gun element sounds beyond awesome.
  20. It was sarcasm. Seems Alan has read a lot of the comments around the net lol.
  21. The people around the net complaining about TC's length compared to the original's 8,000ft of suckage should be forced to marathon on that old ride Mantis Man style. I'm so sick of that embarrassing argument against this new ride.
