^ I agree with this. It's hard to tell what kind of airtime we'll get with this ride. I'm going to guess both mild and a couple of ejector moments as well. Heading up that second hill looks like you'll be out of your seat the entire time.

Blue side took the early lead, but green has pulled ahead! Twisted Colossus may not end up being the best coaster of 2015, but I think it may easily win the "fun factor" award.

Yeah, they are kicking serious butt on this ride. But I'd say give them about 2 months to finish the track portion. Things will pick up majorly now that all the cutting away of the structure is done.

I'm thinking the same. Both RMC projects look outstanding. But Wicked Cyclone looks like possible #1 material. Each update blows me away.

I'm sure RMC is working hard to get the ride done by a certain time. I had no idea the amount of structure prep they were going to have to do.

That section does not look flat to me. Look closer at that last pic. There is a twist. It's tough to see from that angle.

You mean bright colors like the ones for Twisted Colossus? What bright colors, the white wood or the track? That's not normal track paint, I don't think the same conditions apply there. I mean lessons learned from how bad Scream (blue, yellow, and purple) and Tatsu (Orange and yellow) look when faded. I know. I was being facetious. Hopefully they've learned their lesson and are using a more permanent based paint like they did on X2 and Superman.

Are there some new faces out at SFMM making decisions? I could swear that since certain recent promotions, the park has taken a turn for the better.

I think some of you are missing the point of the discussion. I actually prefer minimal theming done right, to attempts at extensive theming that isn't kept up beyond the initial year. Sometime SF gets it right ( LL:DOD for example), and sometimes they get it very wrong ( YOLO). Some consistency would be nice.
