  1. ^ That makes sense as all of the Holiday crowds will be gone and Jan-Mar is the slowest part of the year.
  2. Thank you sir for the help. I'm not a fan of Safari for iOS and have been using the Chrome Browser app but will start using Tapatalk now that it's available.
  3. Is there a setting or something I need to enable to get photos to work? I feel like there's something simple I'm missing.....
  4. ^ App just needs to be updated to change keyboard design. I'm sure that'll come soon.
  5. Works for me! Glad this is happening. I get this error however, when trying to upload a picture direct from the app...
  6. ^Intamin also had to step in and assist with the Lift Hill problems.
  7. Windseeker removal will not start until Haunt is over.
  8. LOVE these shots. My favorite.
  9. Well that surely is odd. Heaven't heard anything about the HG in about 5 years but I'm interested to see how this pans out.
  10. You're right. There really is no noticeable differences with the Locomotives. I don't think the rest of train will have any noticeable differences either but I'm excited to find out.
  11. DisneyParks Blog shows an image of 1 of the new BTMR trains. We all knew the trains were going to resemble the old trains but this is 1 of my favorite attractions and I can't wait for it to reopen after this much needed refurbishment.
  12. Damnit! I have no self control whatsoever so this clearly is dangerous......
  13. Figured as much. Can't wait to do this next year.
  14. Based on the reviews I've been reading (Here and other sites ) it's safe to assume that F&W @ WDW is a hell of a lot better than when it was at DCA.
  15. Dinosaurs and coasters. Can't get much better than that.
  16. ^^^You're correct. Inverts do not have a device that toggles/counts chain-dogs however the anti-rollbacks ARE counted (I operated Silver Bullet for 4 years) as the trains enter the station and that's one of the clicking noises that is heard. I can't speak for Raptor as I haven't been on it in 6 years but SB's pinch wheels are nearly silent. ^^ Yes some of us are a little more nerdy than others and care about details that no one of could give a rats a$$ about.
  17. Those noises are a couple of things: 1- The anti-roll backs are toggled and counted by a sensor as the train enters the station. On Inverts & flyers the anti-rollback is pushed down and then a sensor counts it to see if it comes back up on its own. Sit down coatsters are the opposite obviously. The 3 green devices in the middle of the picture below are what toggle the chain dog (middle device) and the anti-rollbacks (devices on both sides) This is from Dive Coaster at Happy Valley Shanghai but all B&Ms except dive coasters only have 2 toggling devices. 1 for chain dog and 1 for anti-rollbacks. Dive coasters have 2 sets of anti-rollbacks hence the need for the additional toggling device. 2- There's electrical pick-up contacts that slide into bus-bars that make noises as well.
  18. M.E. already got new trains and look how that turned out....... Not to mention it's a little hard to re-track a steel coaster.
  19. ^Correct. B&M lifts have 3 speeds. The lift will idle with no train present and then speed up slightly once a train begins to be dispatched that way the chain is moving at the same speed as the train so it engages the chain smoothly. Once the last car of the train is on the lift the lift will speed up to full speed. You'll also notice B&Ms have what are called feeder motors (Image below) that run at the same speed as the lift chain so that the engagement is smooth. Leviathan via
  20. Wow looks amazing. The drop out of that bowl looks amazing.
  21. Great choice of a coaster! One of the US banks Wells Fargo lets you choose your own debit card designs which is a nice touch.
