  1. Always more exciting to see Intamin pieces show up than B&M.
  2. This. The OC fair here in SoCal had 1 of these and it was making a horrible noise so I decided to pass.
  3. http://abcnews.go.com/m/story?id=20678728&ref=https%3A%2F%2Fm.facebook.com This is an awkward accident. Rides have so many failsafes now this should've never happened. This definitely could've been a lot worse.
  4. This is great feedback! Which ones do you use? I'm currently using DownThemAll! for Firefox. Thank you! I will try this. This works for Firefox on Macs and PCs correct?
  5. My vote goes to Cedar Fair. They both have their pros and cons however Six Flags' Cons GREATLY outweigh the pros.
  6. How many DVDs or Blu-Rays do you purchase each year? 2 or 3 How many digital downloads do you purchase each year? 25-30 How do you purchase digital downloads? iTunes Do you download directly from iTunes to your device, or iTunes to your computer, and then transfer to your device? iTunes direct to iPad and/or iPhone. I rarely make purchases via iTunes on my MacBook. Is a 1.5gb - 2 gb file "too big" for you to download to your device? Seems a little large but I wouldn't necessarily mind as I can always remove something after I've watched it to make room for something else.
  7. ^Agreed. Who would actually pay for that!
  8. Agreed. A few of Queen Mary's mazes out performed HHN @ USH. The talent at the Queen Mary did a fantastic job this year. HHN is becoming diluted. As-is Haunt @ KBF. Has anyone done any of the haunts that are listed on this site? Some of them are listed as having "Extreme physical contact, mild torturing and simulated drowning." 1 also has a warning of "Do not wear expensive clothing that you don't want to get wet." These are actual guests.....
  9. Moving at a brisk pace! I like it.
  10. The Build-a-raft in the lazy river is simple yet VERY effective. I would probably spend more time doing that than my 7 year-old would.
  11. ^^Agreed. Said improvements are all post Dick Kinzel.
  12. Where are these statistics coming from? Not doubting you, just curious about the source.
  13. ^Thank you . Didn't know if having no lifeguards was the norm or not. Then again, the cruise lines are also assuming parents will be supervising their children........
  14. ^Yes I agree, however adults are in less danger of drowning VS a 6 year-old child. As a parent this is heartbreaking. I can't even fathom having a 10 year-old watch the 6 year-old. Outright stupidity. I sincerely hope the parents get charged with criminal negligence.
  15. I understand not seeing the necessity of a lifeguard if it was one of the "Adults only" cruises however when the majority of the clientele is families, a lifeguard should be mandatory! I'm still dumbfounded there's absolutely no mention of the parents anywhere in a few articles that I've read. ^After this lawsuit you might see some lifeguards popping up on their cruises. Do the other cruise lines have Lifeguards?
  16. No sense in the manufacturing facility keeping them there. Once they're done, ship them out. LL:DOD cars starting arriving prior to the ride being built as well.
  17. ^True. A few years ago was nuts.
  18. Not any worse than Bizarro @ SFNE where the train stops about 7-10 feet from the train in the station. Great to see they're making progress.
  19. Not at all. "Riders stranded mid-air for hours" sounds better.
