  1. 49/50 With 4 mile error average. Damn you Colorado!
  2. I know exactly what you're saying Wes. The only time I correct someone like that is if they try to brag to me about their knowledge of coasters. Of course, that's a challenge to my intelligence, and I have to tell them they're wrong. Sometimes I have to correct idiots who are so wrong, it's not funny. Like the guy I met who said Hypersonic was called that because it goes at the speed of sound.
  3. I said the traditional old vertical loop. What can I say? I love them.
  4. I noticed on another forum, it would appear that Woodstock Express is leaving Dorney Park. On the Zamperla website, http://www.zamperla.it/ if you go to "buy", and then "used", you can see a coaster listed as "family coaster" with Woodstock Express on the train front for sale.Woodstock Express at Dorney is the only Zamperla named Woodstock Express. Thoughts?
  5. Cool trip report, but that win's not really much. After all, New Mexico State is 0-11 this year. Looks like you had a good time, I want to get out to a college football game someday.
  6. I was recently thinking the exact same thing. I used to live minutes from Wyandot Lake, and the Zoo was pretty popular in that area. They even share the same parking lot, it would seem like something SF would consider. I personally wouldn't want to see this happen, unless they saved the coaster. I think Cedar Fair is just taking their time to bring GL to their level. They certainly have different aspirations for the park than SF, but I don't think they want to do a sudden and total makeover of the park.
  7. Dragon at Legoland. I was about 8, and had no idea about anything about roller coasters, I didn't even know to scream!
  8. Strange, my only visit to Hersheypark was one of my best visits anywhere. I think that's because I went for a special event in April, where it was pay-per-ride, with $20 wristbands, and most rides were walk-ons. The only downside was that Midway America was closed.
  9. Was looking to start my own thread, but I found this... I think Wild One at SFA is underrated. I don't hearm much about it, but it's my favorite woodie. I've only been on a few, but that includes rides like Grizzly, Roar, Thunderhawk, and others.
  10. Great update of avatars! I changed mine to one of those. Edit: I just noticed, my user title still fits the picture!
  11. I remember that earthquake! I didn't feel anything, except anger because the Simpsons got cancelled to talk about a tiny earthquake nowhere near where I was, that I didn't feel, and I didn't care about. Stupid Fox!
  12. I actually think it sounds pretty cool.
  13. I think both of these stupid threads should be locked!
  14. I hate it when people are too lazy to type things out correctly, so it's a pain to read what they write.
  15. This question is a bit too meaningless to deserve its own topic, but: Does anyone know if Capitale Express @ Mega Parc is powered? Because I want to get a credit when I go there this winter on a school trip...
  16. I think it is the real name, they have one of those in Myrtle Beach.
  17. I would laugh so hard if all of you SFMM fans got a Superman clone after all of the hype. But I think this ride is going to be good, something that makes SFMM stand out. A terrain flyer to me is as motivating for me to go as, say, X.
  18. People react very strongly to SLCs.
  19. Someone else can go, I don't want to bother...
  20. Tren Bravo @ Terra Mitica?
  21. Somebody just list every Wacky Worm in one post, so we can end this!
  22. That looks very nicely done! I'm glad to see someone using custom billboards in a recreation, it adds a great touch to the park.
