  1. they went home for tea time and...
  2. Well Elissa didn't ride the rides on Stratosphere, so I don't know if that means anything...
  3. How often are you allowed to post?
  4. Something I want to say about coasters, my confessions of not agreeing with everyone else: I really enojoyed Hydra. I hated SFA's Roar this year. I don't think Hurler's that bad. Steel Force was pretty cool. I love all Arrow loopers, especially Anaconda. And, most shockingly... I LIKE BOOMERANGS!!!
  5. Heal: NES Hurt: 360
  6. Looks cool, but what's a "roller roaster"?
  7. 1066: Year of the Conquerer! Ha!
  8. Yep, we were one of the first. Do you think Dorney Park is overrated?
  9. All I Want- The Offspring
  10. The day before Thanksgiving we got a little snow, about a week after it stated dropping below 50. Around here, snow in December doesn't happen more than half the time. That was weird. And today, it got up to near 70! It was short-sleeves weather. Weather around here sucks. Snow looks weird on camera.
  11. I'd say Wild One at SFA had the most, but overall it wasn't too strong throughout the ride.
  12. I like the way it is now, but I think you should unstick the B-day thread, and re-stick Picture of the Day, I always look at that.
  13. I was looking through college basketball scores, and realized either there is a college called "South Verginia", or ESPN can't spell.
  14. I like the idea of creating a forum for the stickies, but I'm pretty content with the way it is.
  15. I live in Virginia, just south of D.C. SFA is my home park, but I also visit PKD. I don't like living in Virginia, because everyone associates it with rednecks, but my area is more influenced by the Northeast.
  16. I"ve only been to BGW, but from the looks of BGT I would stick with BGW. When I'm at BGW, I don't feel like I'm in an amusement park, I feel like I'm truly in a getaway. the atmosphere is less ride/thrill oriented and more towards fitting in with a theme. The rides blend in, all being custom terrain rides, unlike the stock models BGT has. And the area around BGW is beautiful. Climbing the lift of Apollo's Chariot, all I see are the lush forests of the Williamsburg area, at BGT it sounds a lot more like its in an Urban/Suburban area. Just my opinion, so don't shout at me BGT fanboys...
  17. I thought Apollo's Chariot had some good airtime. And I've been on SFA's Superman, Wild One, Thunderhawk, Steel Force, and others.
  18. Roar (Keep the begin with R, end with R rides going!)
