  1. Again with the "my family gets exhausted through half of Magic Kingdom" situation. They go to the hotel pool to swim while I'm still waiting 80 minutes for RnRC! I don't blame them, or your friend though. The heat gets to most of us, and we have the luxury of coming back to the park whenever same-day.
  2. What they^^ said! I even had time to fly there and back . Oh well, not enough money, and I have no one to go with. Someday though!
  3. The slides probably wore quickly, that'd be my guess from what you're telling me. Got to scratching people's backs in no time at all. Maybe people were wearing something to cause it to happen so quickly.
  4. If you ever see any major progress, let me know. I'd like to hear more of it. There are apparently a few Aqualoops being built in America and are not getting announced. For example, there's two intertwining aqualoops getting built in Washington at a park called Jolly Roger Splash Mountain.
  5. I already miss Disney World! Whenever I go with my family, we just hit out favorite rides and then hit out hotel pool (which is usually the Polynesian, FTW). I wish i could have spent as much time as you probably did here. Great report. I loved reading through it!
  6. Just learned about this through a re-tweet Holiday World just did. Oh my, they're actually getting involved in this? I have no idea where this is gonna go now, and I did not see this coming at all! I wish them much luck in this, and many thanks for helping re-open the park!
  7. WhiteWater does it again! This park sounds epic. IIRC, there going to be 10 different types of water slides, including yet another Aqualoop. These slides are usually not built tiny when outdoors, so I can't wait to see the sized of them when built here.
  8. Freaky! love it! And the topper track looks promising! Hopefully I can get out to the park this year so I can try out the coaster and see this show.
  9. I, myself, am in no way, shape, or form to complete even a half-marathon! The closest I've done something to it was marching a quarter of a mile with a 20 pound drum strapped on! Congrats on finishing the race! Looked like a lot of fun!
  10. ... consulted their leader by dialing it's cell phone number. After the sharks mumbled something into their sharktastically cellular device, they remained quiet; waiting for something to occur. Suddenly, out in space, Robb saw...
  11. ... the helium filled shark wizards of planet Jupiter. They warned Robb...
  12. ^So I'm not the only one who always follows it with my mouse pointer? The coaster is lookin' good. I don't know what the fuss is with the skyline though. Wouldn't any amusement park with a coaster towering in the background over the entrance look appealing?
  13. That would be pretty cool, but I really don't think they want that space, nor would they want to work with the KSFB (KY state Fair Board).
  14. Fits pretty snug in there, doesn't it?! Not saying that I agree that the coaster was built for KK (Since I know nothing about this rumor), but something like it probably could fit in that space. I don't exactly know about the sizing of your copy/pasting there, but it looks like it could somehow fit.
  15. I guess the term "hand-made" shouldn't apply to everything. It absolutely amazes me to see thing thing actually make it back to the station in one piece. The amount of laterals I see on this machine looks crazy from what I could see in the videos. Are the trains exactly like the real Vekoma SLC's, or is there any significant difference? (Or does anybody know this answer at all?)
  16. ^ Probably never played that game (I played it only once). < *Checks his pulse*... Yep, I think I am. v How are you feeling?
  17. ^ West Coast < East Coast v Drowning
  18. Nice. A coaster I can remove from my 'avoid if possible' list. In fact, this'll be the first ride I'll hit up the next time I'm at SFOG (After a ride on Acrophobia... and Dare Devil Dive).
  19. Wood: The Legend @ Holiday World Steel: Selecting just one is difficult. 1) X2 2) Flight of Fear 3)Montu
  20. Amazing photos! Thanks for sharing them! I love how colorful and busy those fairs look. I've always wanted to go to one of those!
  21. ^ Doesn't understand that I can't sue a prize giver when no one gave him a prize. < Dusts off XYZ and tells him to call the police. v *shakes your head*
  22. Recently waited 2 hours for Diamondback. Photo proof below. The longest I've ever waited for a ride was 3 hours for X2, and the slowest felt like Walt Disney World's Toy Story Spin ride. October 15, 2011. The line that stretched past the entrance at Diamondback.
  23. Flight Deck @ Kings Island. Does not get enough attention IMO. Rode it October 15th. I took this photo.
  24. I don't know if anyone caught this, but: Copied from Business First Magazine about Ed Hart and KKRC LLC. Suing Kentucky: http://www.bizjournals.com/louisville/print-edition/2011/11/04/company-sues-state-to-recoup-kentucky.html
