Batman: The Ride at Six Flags Great Adventure

Rode Kingda Ka yesterday, and the rattle in the second row was unbelievable! I do not know how people repeat ride this coaster. Keeping the head on the seat hurts, and it hurts when your head is off the headrest as well!

^Thanks for the info! How exactly does the boarding on this ride work? The POV I saw starts after the station, so does it load like Test Track, and then split afte the dark ride portion with the first car waiting for the second?

This ride looks awesome! The dark ride elements look fantastic, and the part with the bunny hops looks like a lot of fun too. I wonder what the capacity will be like though...

I usually just call it "the wild mouse near Bizarro." Much easier to remember!

^The Best Western Kings Quarters is the official hotel of KD even though I don't think KD owns it. That being said, I think the Breakers is better than that hotel in every aspect. I loved my stay at the Breakers because it was so convenient. I've never left a park mid-afternoon for a nap just because it woud have been inconvenient. I love that you can come and go as you please, and it really makes a vacation much more enjoyable and relaxing!

That may be one of the best nighttime displays I've ever seen! The fact that it was all for a ride opening is awesome.

The seasonal operation at SFNE will hopefully make Goliath more reliable than it was at SFMM. I did not find it overly reliable, as it has only been open about half the times I've visited Magic Mountain.

I will refrain from voting, as I have only been on Untamed, DDD, and Mystery Mine, but I will say that of these three Mystery Mine is my clear favorite. The theming is awesome, and the finale is wicked! DDD is the smoothest of the three imo, and Untamed is rough, small, and not overly exciting.

I know we've talked about it a lot, and it seems we're still talking about it after the ride has opened, but I really would have liked to see a darker paint scheme and a western theme. Maybe brown and a dark red would have been nice.

After watching the pov, I'd like to say how much a difference some solid theming makes. Verbolten is dwarfed by many of the other attractions that opened this year, but it seems enthusiasts are most excited about it! It's crazy to think that a Zierer family coaster can generate as much or more hype than a B&M hyper or giga. I can't wait to ride this thing!

The views from this ride are incredible! I love when it spins over the rock wall near Superman.

So I went to SFNE to get my season pass processed and the place was swarming with band kids. Anyway, I went up the fast pass lane of Bizarro to get to the single rider line and avoid the 2-hour wait. The second time I tried, another ride attendant was there to help with regular line guests, and she told the flash pass attendant who had let me in the first time that this was unacceptable and I would have to wait in the queue even though I'm a single rider, so I left. What is the official policy on single riders for Bizarro guys?

Going up to Six Flags New England tomorrow to process my season pass, and maybe get a ride on Bizarro, then Six Flags Great Adventure on Thursday!

What are the lines like on Thursdays during May? It doesn't seem like this would be all that popular a day to visit, but there must be some reason they're open. A lot of school trips happening?

I feel bad for people like you who took off, since it seems the servers have been down most of the day. Did you get to play at all?

I was thoroughly entertained by The Avengers, but I still prefer The Dark Knight as my favorite superhero movie. I did like that the Avengers, although quite lengthy, did not seem to drag. It had a very fast, exciting pace that kept me interested throughout.
