  1. Wrong Way - Sublime
  2. ^Can't say I'm surprised to see that one here...
  3. ^^That's exactly how I feel too I went to SFNE once this year to process my season pass and ride Bizarro, but I just go to SFGAdv instead. There is nothing other than Bizarro that makes me want to go to SFNE. ^I'd love that, but I really don't want a clone of Superman from SFDK. There are too many clones at the park already!
  4. This. I think the problem with Stand-ups is that the best ones are only "good" and the rest are somewhere below that (some very far below that). I think that with the technology we have now and all the newer B &M styles that are both more exciting and more comfortable, we will not see another stand-up.
  5. ^My dream for SFNE would be to revert back to Cyclone's old drop, get rid of the trims that kill the second half, and add either a GCI woody or Premier launcher, but I doubt any of those will actually happen.
  6. ^I do think that Flashback needs a replacement, but I do like your idea of general park improvements as well. I really want SFNE to bring some higher quality rides in as opposed to bringing in a higher quantity of rides. They have plenty of rides right now, they just need to improve the ones they have.
  7. ^As long as I'm moving around at a height I am not nervous, but when I am stationary at a height (drop towers, observation towers, large hotel towers) I get very nervous. Starflyers move around just enough to ease any fear of height.
  8. I just take Garden state Parkway all the way, but like ^^he said this route does add a bit of time, but is less risky IMO.
  9. ^Try going around NYC by using the Tappan Zee Bridge. That's what I do, and it usually helps to avoid the headache of the GW.
  10. I thought it was rumored to go to Six Flags St. Louis SFNE currently has a spare boomerang too. I would imagine that they don't want to keep Flashback at SFNE any longer than they have to, and if they could move it to another SF park that has no boomerang and move the SFOT Flashback to SFStL then more power to them I guess. It may not happen for the 2013 season, but it can't be far off.
  11. This Modern Love - Bloc Party
  12. I think these stupidly high swing rides are a bit Excessive. I really wouldn't care if it were only 150 to 200 feet tall, but at least it'll add some life to that corner of the park.
  13. I agree with this statement 100%.
  14. I am a little sad that I never got a chance to ride it, but I'm glad KI finally has its mind made up as to what the fate of the monstrous Son of Beast will be. I too hope for a giga coaster in the future.
  15. All wonderful ideas for the Flashback spot! I am just happy to see something being put in up near Cyclone, as this area of the park is usually the most dead because Cyclone is not the most popular ride, Catapult is usually broken, and not many people want to ride the upcharge. A starflyer will hopefully stimulate this area of the park.
  16. They make it too easy to spend lots of money in small pieces! Just bought Crysis 2 and F.E.A.R 3...curse you Steam and your outrageously low pricing!
  17. I love the placement of the inversion! It really took me by surprise while watching, and I'd imagine the GP will have no idea it's coming. I can't wait to see a trip report from this park.
  18. After watching this POV, this ride reminds me of a miniature Boulder Dash in terms of pacing. Small airtime hill after small airtime hill. A formula for success!
  19. I hope that whenever Mach Tower reopens it is much more reliable. It's a shame that BGW has had such downtime issues with the ride, but it'd be awesome if there was a one-time fix that could solve most of its problems.
  20. This Steam summer sale is awesome! I picked up Bioshock 2, Dead Space 2, and all three S.T.A.L.K.E.R games for around $20! EDIT: Also just bought Amnesia and both Witcher games.
  21. I usually go on Wednesdays and Thursdays, so I'm praying I don't have much of that!
  22. Awesome! I'm really excited about the Silent Hill maze. It's agonizing to wait for details on HHN though.
  23. I loved Disaster Transport, as it was a nice break from the summer sun, and it was kinda fun to fly around in the dark. I never rode Space Spiral because I have no interest in observation towers, but I'm sure there are people that are going to miss that ride too! I hope CP adds a nice dark ride, (ha!) and maybe a world-class woodie too.
  24. Fighting - Yellowcard
