Try the search feature as we've discussed 'big boy seats' and larger individuals on rides several times over the years. The consensus you'll find is that it depends on the ride, park, and how you carry the weight. It's hard for someone to tell you for sure if you'll fit or not over the computer.

^Yeah, I was going to say the same thing...all of a sudden you get to an age where rides aren't as easy as they used to be! -

It's interesting you all went to track length with the 'longest' comment, and I immediately thought of the Europa indoor coasters of Euro Sat and Euro Mir or USJ's Space Fantasy and thought about how long in DURATION they are. -
Are you sure you don't want to do Monsters? It wouldn't be hard to do our normal plan for TDL... Fastpass for Monsters, Standby Pooh, standby mansion, fastpass Space, standby or fastpass Thunder (based on line and your other times).

I would choose Blackpool. It's iconic, and better than a lot of the Brits give it credit for. Sure it's not as great as in its heyday, but what park still is?

Disneyland Paris (DLP) Discussion Thread

Yeah, as long as they don't mess with Florida or Tokyo's Tower they can do whatever they want to the others! Paris already had the weird Rock N Roller Coaster anyway so I don't see this as any loss (other than the awesomely totally cut, super short preshow)! -

^^If you read some recent reviews of Buffalo Bills you'll see that it sounds pretty bad over there. Entire complex closed, hotel closed, shops closed, restaurants closed, all different combinations of this on different days. People even showed up with reservations only to find a sign that said "go across the street to one of our other properties and we'll help you there"! -
Great question. How into Halloween are you? Late October is great if you're into Halloween, especially for the little one at Magic Kingdom. Food and Wine at Epcot runs until around November 13 if you're interested in that. November you're going to get better weather and decent crowds as long as you avoid Thanksgiving and one of the running events (this year it's Nov 1 - 4). Keep in mind that only some of the parks will be dressed up for the Holidays right after thanksgiving if you care about that. The one thing I will tell you is that in the last few years we locals have noticed that there's not really a super low season anymore. The parks are always what we would consider 'busy'. Not crazy busy or anything, and certainly not like Holidays or Summer, but those days of going to Disney and walking on everything are long gone. Hope this helps, let me know if you have more questions!

^And also choosing one that has a meal you like! For the 'character' dining, I like Chef Mickey's and Garden Grill a lot. At Chef Mickey's you're getting a pretty high end buffet (especially if you do Brunch) and ALL of the main characters. At Garden Grill you can just sit back and be served and get plenty of time with my rodents as well as a fun rotating restaurant! I'm not into the face characters or Pooh characters as much so that rules out a bunch of places. -

The character meals get a premium for sure, but if you think about the fact that you get food AND avoid standing in line for up to 5 different characters I think they are well worth the money! (If you have a kid who would want to stand in line for character pictures/autographs) -

Yeah, I didn't even think about the fact that the park will now have Goliath, Lost Gravity and this!!! Burn down the SLC and we've got a top coaster lineup for sure! -

Knoebels Discussion Thread

I have not camped in the Knoebels cabins, but even at Disney's Fort Wilderness they have a bit of that 'smell' you're talking about. I know exactly what you're talking about and I hate it also. I'm sure the Knoebels cabins have the smell, and from reading some reviews on TripAdvisor the smell from the bathroom will also waft over making you sick! I've hung out in the campground a bit, and it's certainly a PA Campground in need of some updates. Stick with a hotel unless you're a true camper! -
^The itinerary for the cruises on Explorer are kind of like 'Alaska Lite'. Nothing wrong, in fact we're booked on one for next summer, but you certainly won't get the whole Alaska Experience. Now, that being said, you'll be on a better ship than 90% of Alaska cruises so that's an added bonus. ^^You can say what you want, but saying that in your opinion a Star Wars Day at Sea would be your 'worst nightmare' just makes you look dumb. You know, nuclear war, family member dying, waking up in class naked...these are nightmares, not a day on a cruise ship.
