Great Idea for a thread! I think there IS a difference between overrated and 'not quite getting it'. For me it has to be: Boulderdash I even rode it during one of the 'omg, it's running the best ever' events. I think it's good, but it has that CCI roughness and not enough airtime for me.

^That's really interesting. I would agree it was the weakest coaster, which was very disappointing to me since I had been looking forward to it for so long! A retheme would be interesting, but I can't see the Indian theme getting all the way over there. And another shooting ride!!! Well, that should rule!!!

LOL! I'd love to, but with an Asia trip over Xmas and then the UK trip in June we need to save our money!!! So no cool Everest party for us!

No minimum age... 15 and under at the time of the trip must have a parent or guardian with them. 16 & 17 year olds must have their family sign there life away on a bunch of forms, but may go on their own. 18 & up, you're an adult! (at least on paper!)

Yeah $1500 for two people isn't too bad for that! I mean heck, look at how much the Cedar Fair parks get for 'first ride' of some of their coasters.

Yeah, we took that picture through a pretty decent chain link fence covered in tarp. Very similar to what they're using at SFMM to keep onlookers away from Bus Parking and Orient Express. Heck, maybe if it's gone and you can go right up to the entrance now that's a good sign!!!

We're actually thinking about doing another 'poll' for the Japan Trip. Robb and I would rather do it in October (weather, parks, jobs, etc.) but if we have several people that could not go due to school (and would be able to go if we pushed it back) I would like to give them that chance. Heck if this Winter thing works out maybe we'll do it over Holiday Break!

As for time of year for Japan. It will likely be the two weeks leading up to Labor Day. BUT THIS IS NOT CONFIRMED NOR SET IN STONE!!!!

Ok, since it seems a toss up, I have put the majority of games/annoucements/sticky's back up top. That way they are all in their own place without disrupting the rest of the random board or creating a new board. We'll see if this works again!

Yeah, we haven't planned much of anything for Japan yet. Look for the official annoucement after the UK trip! There also could be a 'bonus' short International TPR trip in 2007 in addition to the Japan trip.

Yeah, we've done the research (weather and crowds), and we're ready! (I even bought a dorky hat to keep my head warm!) Like I said, the parks are more a bonus, I just want some Japanese McDonalds!!!!
