  1. The letter link anchors aren't working for me. Or at least, not in Firefox. They work in my IE. Not sure if you've used a tag style that firefox doesn't understand, or if it's just one of my plugins or something blocking it.
  2. This thread needs more cheese. Perhaps some Havarti with jalapeƱos?
  3. It would have been awesome if the fire had spread to the gas station.
  4. I hope these chainsaw wielding bears can spit carnivorous bees out of their mouths.
  5. ^ Well if you think our pens are big ...
  6. That waterfall got me too last year. Matt and I were already soaked from the rain, so I figured I'd hit the log flume. Figured I couldn't possibly get more wet. How wrong I was.
  7. I was surprised that one didn't end up in your TR.
  8. Status quo for the Wii.
  9. Visa is not required. But you do need either a birth certificate+photo ID or a passport. Passport will give you the least hassles at the border. As long as you're an American citizen with a clean criminal record you should have no problems.
  10. You never know. The three Xbox360 games that Burger King brought out made the company a lot of money.
  11. CC just seemed like a permanent carnival with one kick ass wooden coaster to me. Though my experience of CC was probably a bit fuzzy after our ride on the kiddy merry-go-round. We got the teacups on that thing spinning at a revolution a second (I slowed down the video and counted). I spent about an hour and a half after that in a daze, fighting off the nausea.
  12. Personally, I found CC to be fairly uninteresting. Ozark is great, but the rest of the park didn't impress me. SDC on the other hand was awesome, and is definetly worth spending a full day enjoying.
  13. At Canada's Wonderland I was told to remove my glasses on Italian Job (sorry, Backlot Stunt Coaster ), but had no problem on Behemoth. Granted on Behemoth I was wearing sun glasses, but that shouldn't make a difference. Doesn't make sense though that I had to take my glasses off on BLSC, when Behemoth literally towers about 200 feet above it.
  14. My neices were a few blocks down Jane Street safe and sound at my sisters place.
  15. You don't need a kid of Woodstock. Jr. Gemini you do however. (I got Jr. Gemini the legit way when I was a kid ) Taxi Jam I finally got last year when I took my niece on it.
  16. Probably not. If you manage to find a place that rents to minors, the fact that you have a G2 or G probably won't make much of a difference.
  17. Either you think it gets a line, or you don't. Make up your mind! It'd be a shame to lose Laser, hopefully it finds a good home. It was probably my favorite coaster at Dorney. Steel Force was dull, and I didn't really "get" Talon.
  18. Depends on where you go. If you go to Great Adventure, probably a lot of driving. Not so much if you only do Dorney.
  19. Even in Canada you'll have a hard time renting a car before 21/25. Not sure how prepared an 18 year old with a G2 would be for driving across NYC. Cambridge is hadly a populated metro area. Have you at least had a lot of experience driving through downtown Toronto? If not you migh be better off looking into public transit.
  20. The fact that you have a G2 won't be the problem. The problem is you are a minor. You'd have to find a car rental place that will rent to minors. (it will cost you more if you can find one). Even in Canada you'd have problems renting a car.

    Going to CP

Hotel Breakers is right next to the park by Corkscrew/TTD. Breakers Express is right across from Castaway Bay/McDonalds. Demon Drop is pretty rough while slowing down/transitioning back to load. But I personally don't find it too rough, and actually adds to the fun. I tend to ride Demon Drop multiple times in a row, as there's rarely a line.

    Going to CP

I should mention that the McDs across from Breakers Express is by far the worst McDs I've ever been in.

Thought so. Breakers Express is nice enough for the price. It's on par with like a Holiday Inn Express type hotel. And the early entrance is nice.

Do you mean Breakers Express? Because you're not going to save much money by staying at Breakers. Stay at Express if you want to save money.
  25. Personally I prefer going big right away. Then it just gets easier. But whatever works for you. You should easily be able to get all the less popular rides done in a single day.
