Yeah, but those coasters are tame. The launches on Space Mountain, California Screamin, Rockin' Rollercoaster, whatever, are all very slow and long, not saying unenjoyable, but not Xcelerators, and none of the inversions are much more extravagant then a loop. Anyways, the park is still excellent, but more of UniversalSea California then Disney.

It doesn't really feel like a Disney park, pretty much because the shuttle loop and that monster twister coaster, they don't construct things like that. Thrillseekers arn't their target audience.

Brent is going through an anti-Disney stage, but anyways, they made California Screamin' out of steel because it's safer, easier to mantain, way less jerky, ages better then wood, and is more easily changed and adjusted. A normal guest wouldn't even notice if the support structure was made out of steel or woodshop plywood if Disney had bothered disguising it for aesthetics, which they did, not to pull wool over people eyes so they don't think they are cheap. California Adventure isn't the 'worst' at all, it rivals even HKDL and defiantly the Studios at DLP, which has a lot of potential, and so does DCA. It is a failure by no means, at least to the regular person, who don't really care if the Tower has no 5th dimension or the River Rapids has no bear.
