^Absolutely! If you have questions though, I would ask a vet at the program. Sorry for putting DBru up to it but he seems to make good stuff so I would ask him. -

^Forgive me, I completely failed to notice the other train on the track. The MCBR would make more sense then in that case, but I still feel it is a little irrelevant on such a short track. AHG is a program called automatic heartline generator. For example, in DBrus latest coaster called "hammerhead", he used AHG to smooth the track and take some lats out. The program takes a piece of track and then shifts it to rotate around the rider's heart and adds more nodes to the track. I would give you the link to it, but coastersims is down and I don't know where else to find it. Keep it up though, youre doing great. -

I differ from the norm on this coaster. I thought that the coaster had a decent amount of pumping and it was noticeable in the back of the train for sure. I also do not understand why the station is so high up, I really don't think there is a reason for that unless it was to be placed on a mountain. I'll give you that the ride was pretty original because it felt somewhat like MF but it also had a hammerhead-like feature and a huge double helix like Mister Twister. Work on the supports and perhaps topograph it a little and it will be a lot better IMO. Overall, good job. Keep it up! Edit: I downloaded the original post. Don't know how much has been changed since the second post. -

What I liked: -It was very original. Took a different approach to the accelerator coaster. It had a wicked twister and top thrill kind of feel, I liked it. -The zero g roll. It is just my favorite element by far. -The floater at the end. What I disliked: -High lats buddy. Watch for those. Take your time and AHG if you can because there were multiple places where I was getting tossed side to side. -The MCBR. Not only was it not flat, but on such a short coaster with a single train it really served no purpose. -The supports. They didn't support the track properly and they were too bizzare. I know you said you would work on them for your next project though so its alright. What you could do better: -Everything always seems to be better when it is heartlined. Take it for a spin, you might like it! -Have the launch outside of the station. Overall, good job. It was fun you just have some stuff you need to work on. Keep it up. -

Besides the track not being the right kind, what makes it seem off otherwise? I think for being a rct recreation it is pretty good. -
I work at Elitches now!! I will probably be working the Boomerang just because it is the most fun ride to operate (for the few rides I am actually trained on haha). Half pipe has been having its days recently where it hasn't been running. I am not sure if it is due to the cold Denver has had the past couple of weeks, or for other reasons not known to me. Sidewinder actually valleyed about a week ago due to the cold. So if it is a cold day you visit the park, I hope it isn't, than that too might not be running. Flying Coaster is done for. It is still standing and nothing to my knowledge has happened about dismantling besides the removal of the trains. Besides that, Boomerang, Twister 2 and Minderaser have been running fine. On a side not too, the alpine coaster at park city resort is pretty fun. I would definitely advise checking that and the one in Glenwood Springs out.

B&M Hypercoaster Contest
themeparkman25 replied to Eric_Smith's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
My feedback on both of your coasters. To both of you, great job! I enjoyed both coasters and though both had strong points, they also worked well with the layout given. To start, Jarmor- I thought you have made some better coasters in the past to be honest. Positives: -Very unique layout -Nice section/helix out of MCBR -Wicked airtime in the back Negatives: -That was an Immelmann in my eyes, doesn't fit -Lift was steep, I know that you had to build in the boxes and stuff but that was ridiculously steep -Minor pumping and high lats Why you should win: IMO it was more original of a design. It had some unique stuff, including the questionable immelmann and the nice helix after the MCBR. DBru- I thought you did a fantastic job of really making this a fun coaster. Positives: -Hearline-age -Hammerhead -Speed Negatives: -It really didn't have that huge ejector air after the first drop -Wasn't to fond of the 45 degree angle supports on the hills Why you should win: It was more characteristic of a true B&M hyper. It had an excellent hammerhead and some fun hills following. In this case my vote goes to DBru, but good job to both of you! You both did an excellent job. -
So in the first pictures, the ones I am assuming came from the media, why do they keep saying that its the only coaster like that in the world? I can only assume that they mean that its the only coaster to have animals and waterfalls and stuff like that built in? Still though, I am simply in awe at the attention to detail for this ride, its stunning. Wasn't planning on going out to Orlando til HP opens, but this just changed my mind! Thanks for the pictures john, they are fantastic!

Thanks for being patient with me as I buckled down to bust out those finals, I am now done and will start building again! Still haven't seen many pictures of the station and surrounding buildings though, so I guess I might just be improvising from the parts I can see on the concept art. I will post an update as soon as I can, thanks again!

Is there a home depot themed ride or just a corporate sponsorship haha? Park looks great though, can't wait for more updates! I didn't know you could customize go carts like that either, looks sweet! -
^^I am pretty sure the "splashdown" is purely visual, no other purpose. I guess it might get turned up as we approach the official opening, but I still think that it is visual only. Not only is the walkway far away, there is also a garden inbetween the viewers and the ocean. That is to my understanding of the ride at least.

^No its not. I don't see nothin!
