^No I have no problem getting it into the game, it is just making the object I have issues with. I downloaded the creator after Tia pulled it off the site, so the only version left was a little demo version off of coastersims. The Demo has all the same uses the real program does, but it only allows you to create 10 shapes in the program. You can get around it copying and pasting the same object, but it does get to be a nuisance.

You should make StarChasers building a little bit less bland, it is just so big and square and lacks any character! Unless you are going for the incomplete harry potter land feel, then.... -

I don't know if I am allowed to do this, so I am sorry, but to all the CP fans out there, check out my model of TTD over in thegames index! Let me know what you think! I am definitely pretty excited to see what happens with the Gee Sea Eye but the way screamscape has it now wouldnt make much sense with the construction over on MF island. Time will tell! -
Top Thrill Dragster... is COMPLETE! This model was started over a year ago after I completed SheiKra, and I ran out of time to finish it after departing for freshman year, exactly one year ago. It sat dormant until about a month ago when I decided to knock it out, once and for all. The model stands about three feet tall and is a about four and a half feet long. I know that it isn't the exact dimensions of the ride, but it was a rather quick project and it still gets the point across. Like Insane, there is about 6000 sticks and about 80 feet of wiring. It didn't take un godly long to make it but it still took awhile, and though it is not my favorite model by any means, I am still very proud of my work and hope you enjoy it as well. No one really said much about Insane, so I hope you still are enjoying this as much as I am. So, now that I have closed the deal on all three of the projects it is time to begin my next project. I know that I spoke earlier about doing a beemer inverted coaster, but after visiting Freestyle and riding Time Machine, I realized that I would rather build a model of a coaster that I have ridden. SO---If you have any form of NL file, CADD file or any official Time Machine (Led Zeppelin more than likely), please please please send them to me! Without further adue, I present to you TOP THRILL DRAGSTER! No it is a truly happy family! There are so many hours put into those three things, but it was worth it all. One big happy family. er wait, there was a bitter divorice wasn't there? Such an exciting layout! Cool shot from the base of the tower I also bailed on the queue in favor of the much easier and less time consuming logo. The Station. Though it is not the exact thing and I didn't build the unload, I still think it gets the point across. From the top looking all the long way back to the station. Top thrill dragster in all its 3 foot glory.

I think overall the layout was fairly fun and had a good selection of elements, so I did enjoy that. But you need to just slow down when building and dont just build for the sake of building. There are very very noticeable pumps in the track that I find hard to believe you tried to smooth. My advice to you is just slow down, maybe download some of the really good ones and try your own off that. Keep trying, it is a difficult program to get used to. -

I don't know if this has been posted yet, but screamscape embedded a video from Diy Network that showed how maintenance fixes the rides at KD. They show the beemer ball and it traveling through the loop as well as replacing track at Rebel Yell, degreasing Drop Tower and replacing a cotter pin on their Sky Coaster. It is 20 minutes long but a really cool video, check it out! -

^True, I didn't take that into consideration. I guess we will just have to wait to see what amounts of this coaster, either way I am sure it will be awesome. Question still remains where the yellow track goes though. -

From what I remember of the track pieces in the official red beemer track thread, wasn't it fairly twisted track? I would say its a complete match that the track showing up and the track at the plant are for the same coaster, but maybe this won't be a hyper like DB or Behemoth and more of the twisted hyper like Raging Bull? On that carowinds link a couple posts above when you got your picture with the track, you should have gotten your picture next to the label on the track, that way we can match them and see for sure. -

Summer Trip #4 part C- Family Kingdom Well, I am now officially 19 years old. In the last year I got like 60 new credits, visited a ton of great parks and got a couple jobs in the industry. Sounds like a good year to me. Heres to making 19 all the better! So inbetween hitting SFOG on monday and Freestyle on Wednesday, I hit the beach hard and visited another little park, Family Kingdom! Since my flight left at 1am monday and arrived at 6am and I had spent all day at SFOG the day before, and then caught another early flight to Myrtle Beach on tuesday, I was completely out of energy and passed out on the beach for a solid couple of hours. I used to really love the mountains of Colorado, but the beach gets me everytime. I cannot wait to move back to the beach. Anyways, after waking up from my slumber I walked down the beach a good while to the ocean side park and was surprised with how big it was. I was expecting Santa Cruz size or Pacific Pier, but nothing this size. Swamp Fox had a nice draw to it and it was in a nice part of town for demand, conveniently located next to all the hotels. Tickets to this place werent bad for an everything pass but I opted out of it to just ride the two coasters, and that was fairly steep. The place felt like a big carnival, but it was a good feeling since it has been awhile since I went to one. So, in lieu of writing a TR for a carnival I will just say if you are in town for FMP it is definitely worth checking Family Kingdom out as well. Swamp fox was awesome! Next up: Wherever the wind may take me, hopefully out to Orlando! Thanks for following my summer TR thread, hope you enjoyed it as much as I did! Speedy Gonzalez, a standard Big Apple. Also had nice paint! The coaster had also recently been painted. A nice change from the lackluster paint that Twister II has presently. So it had old school breaks, so old I am not even sure of their proper name. They were like two pads that rose up and down and just pushed against the belly of the coaster. It was pretty cool, and inefficient. Swamp Foxs' first drop. This coaster actually had some nice airtime for being older. It ran really well too and was pretty smooth, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Ferris Wheels always make for pretty pictures. This one has a nice draw to it from the street. This beach feels awful like Virginia Beach, or at least it did to me. Which reminded me of BBW, now I am upset. -

Summer Trip 4B- Freestyle Music Park!!!!! From the start of planning my worlds of fun trip back in May I had wanted more than anything to make it out to visit Freestyle before anything else could happen to the park. I had looked into airfare and all the expenses and it just didn't add up to trek out to this park all by itself, and it looked slim that I would make it out there this summer. However, I worked my tail off to earn the money to make this trip happen, and I am so glad I made it work. This was my birthday trip to myself, and though it wasn't my birthday then, it is in one hour!! I flew into Myrtle Beach around noon the day after visiting SFOG (after I connected through laguardia) and then having spent all my money on airfare decided to walk to the beach and check out Family Kingdom. The walk was a lot longer than I though, but it was very pretty and nice to be outside in the hot air. I will save the Family Kingdom update for my next post. I spent the night literally across the street from FMP and got to watch the fireworks twice which was nice. But enough with the story telling, onto the report! I woke up bright and early to walk my happy ___ over to the park and arrived about an hour before opening (that's a lot better than the 4 hours early at sfog). The entry I thought was pretty nice and had an inviting feel inside. The one thing I though it could use just for feel though, is a garden or fountain in the big circle right in the middle of the midway. Ticket prices were very reasonable for the park and only cost 20 dollars for two people, which I generously allowed a gp in with me since I went alone. For my first ride of the day and at the park, I went right to led zep...I mean time machine. Like before, I will review the coasters in the pictures. The rides I thought the rides rode fantastic all day long and each one of them had a great aspect to them. The only one that I was very iffy about was MonStars of Rock, I really don't know what to say about that ride. Besides that, they had ample rides for kids which is what the park needed, or so I've heard. They had a couple moderate thrill rides but nothing too extreme, which would be my only let down of the park. Albeit you can see the many places they can and will put flats, for now it didn't really have a ton of thrills. The coasters on the other hand were all fantastic! I am now a huge fan of onboard audio and high tech rides with non traditional methods of thrill. Overall, the rides were fantastic with awesome queue houses and lines and were some of the best I have ridden. The Grubbin' As I have stated before, I was broke from airfare and decided to buy a jar of peanut butter and bread on the beach the day before and that was my breakfast and dinner at the park. I did however eat at the park for lunch and ate at the place next to the huss breakdance and had a pepperoni pizza and drink for like 6 bucks, it was a delicious deal. So my review for the food isn't much, but what I did have was really good and appetizing. Oh ya, the restaurant had huge lava lamps inside which was cool as well. The atmosphere I am not sure if everyone will agree with this, but it'll stir things up a little bit. I wouldn't say it is as good themed as IOA is, but it is pretty damn good and had a great feel to it. Myrtles Beach was so colorful and fun and then you have Across the Pond which felt like suburbs in europe, very awesome feel. Kids in America was nothing too special, but was very well oriented towards the kids with lots of rides, free rides that are normally upcharge and a nice concert vanue. Then lastly the Country USA section was very nicely themed as well with well fit rides and names, the only thing I didn't like was the music. The entry as well felt very IOA-esque and overall was very nicely done. The operations After coming from the awfulness that was SFOG operations, anything would be better. Overall the staff at all the locations: rides, restaurants and shows, were all very helpful and courteous. The often asked how my day was going and stuff like that, and though it isn't much, it does make the park seem more personable. Most of the rides ran at capacity, or so it seemed, with the exception of one. Time Machine. All day it ran single train while the second train sat back and watched. This caused a rather obnoxious wait that wasn't really needed, but I got over it and enjoyed the coaster completely. Overall there is really only one remark I want to say and that is, if you have the means to check this park out, by all means do it because it is awesome. I don't really know why, but I absolutely fell in love with it in just one day and most parks don't do that. It took elitches forever for me to love it again. Before visiting this park, I just wanted to get in, check it out, pick up the credits and then whatever happened after that, happened. Now, I want to see this park make it more than any other theme park I have been to. A full 100+ picture album of Freestyle can be found on my facebook! Next Up: Family Kingdom. The entry midway at night after the fireworks. Pretty park! I love Freestyle Music Park! No pans on either trip really. My camera was dead and I couldnt find the charger, so I used my parents, which of course didn't have the pan feature. There it is in all its might. The stereotypical Time Machine picture. Who cares, it looks cool with the setting sun and the dark clouds. I don't know how they had it last year, and if you know you should let me know, but at the station they split you up into 5 decades each featuring unique and popular music from that decade. I thought it was awesome and very well fitting of the name. I rode in all 5 decades multiple times. The rattle wasn't bad at all. This coaster will never be a top coaster in the theme park world, but it is perfect for the park and is still a ridiculously fun coaster. I think this picture is really cool. This coaster rocked, and the music was awesome. From outside the blimp. I wish they didn't trim it as hard as they do. Time Machine through Iron Horses station. Cool! I just wish it was more audience interactive and played with the guests on the ground a little more. Still a great coaster though. The weather wasn't as good on this trip as it had been on the other ones, but still it wasn't too bad. This coaster was called Soak'd. Very fun and the operators did a great job having fun as well. The huss breakdance was in the Across the Pond section and was situated in the middle of the street block and looked like taxi cabs. Very nice touch. So the trains had working audio, but it changed songs like it would song like on a radio! How cool. It also had working lights. I know this ride gave HRP a headache, but it is just sooo cool! It was short yes, but a lot of fun nonetheless. It also offered some nice airtime in the back on the first drop. It was a winner. See what I mean by brilliantly themed stations? They are just stunning for a coaster. They have a very nice building and a very nice ride inside (like structurally) but they need to do some work to make it better in an experience sense. Something besides cardboard cutouts and glow in the dark paint. Artsy picture. Where this was taken is a perfect example of where they can put a flat ride in the future, or perhaps another sweet coaster. Kiddie credit! Um, vekomas with magnetic breaks is still a new concept to me. It is going to take a little while for me to get use to it, even if it has only been on kid coasters. It was a pretty smooth coaster with lots of fun moments, I had fun on this one. So, I have never ridden the other mine train models by vekoma, and I know they are wayyy better themed than this one, but it still wasn't that bad either. Give it to the park that they did an awesome job with all the stations. The infield could just use some lovin' There it is! The legendary gibson guitar! So cool... Oh how long it has been since I saw when they put the hard rock park sign there to when I actually got to see it. -

SUMMER TRIP #4A- SIX FLAGS OVER GEORGIA! To conclude my summer trips, I worked my way out of a huge bill and wound up at six flags over georgia as well as freestyle music park with bonus family kingdom! This trip was the one I was looking forward to most as well as the one that would cost the most. Anyways, onward we go! I worked at Elitches all day sunday and caught a 1am flight out of Denver into Atlanta. I did this in order to save a nights worth of hotel, I am a broke college kid! I arrived in Atlanta around 6:00 the next morning, only a 3 hour flight and then similarly 3 hours of sleep. With nothing else to do, I headed off to the park and was at the park at 6:30am, it opened at 10:30. Out front, park services had just started mowing and cleaning and the sun was just cresting, making for a beautiful rise above the looming goliath. Being completely exhausted, I passed out beneath a tree for a couple hours and woke only by the roar of Georgia Scorcher waking up for maintenance runs. The time was around 8:30 and I decided it would be best to get in line, had to be first! Eventually I met up with some ACEr guy and another enthusiast and we waited patiently to run straight to Goliath. I was at the park from open to close, and left the park to go back to the airport to spend the night in a hotel and catch an early flight out to myrtle beach the next morning. The rides I thought that the rides were fairly well kept, they ran smoothly and were overall a lot of fun. All the steel coasters supplied nice thrills and each offered a unique element, the only one I was impartial to was ninja. It wasn't rough really, but just typical shaking on vekomas and fails on the reach envelope, it still wasn't that bad though. On the other end of the spectrum, Goliath easily roars in as my second favorite ever and even had me a little spooked cause of the airtime. The wood coasters were decent, but nothing above par. Great American Scream Machine had some nice air but could use some lovin'. Georgia Cyclone on the other hand was very rough, heavily trimmed and just not a very good coaster. Besides the 10 coasters the park offers, it really didn't offer ample amounts of flat rides which I kind of found to be a let down. Life is all about coasters, but there is definitely other things to ride out there and sfog lacked some fun flats. The grubbin' For lunch I enjoyed a nice hamburger and fries at some restaurant, though I do not remember its name. The food was pretty decent, and way better than coasters diner at WoF, so that was a plus. However, it was not cheap which kind of sucked a little bit. I never purchased a drink, so I kept having to get cups of water to stay hydrated, annoying but it is what I asked for. Towards the end of the night as well, I did purchase a lemonade simply because I was crashing and needed a pick me up. The atmosphere The park was very pretty IMO with a lot of large, mature trees in the midways and outside the park. Goliath out front was well groomed and was a great invite into the park. I also liked the terrain because like rct, flat landed parks are kind of boring! So to conclude, it had a fantastic feel for a park atmosphere and it was built well around it, though it was a very large park. The operations From what I have heard, nothing has changed with the sub par operations, occupancy and attitudes of the employees and park. Most of the operators couldn't have cared less about stacking of trains and efficiency. Case and point, superman! Every single train sat out on the transfer track for minutes because the staff was too busy worrying about hats being left on the side than getting restraints checked. Which brings me to another point, I do not understand why you cannot leave a single thing besides shoes inside the station house. The operators had a fit, and definitely showed there lack of patience with articles left behind. I don't get it.l Overall I did enjoy this park regardless of the employees or not. I had a great time on the rides and wish the park stayed open later to keep running laps on the rides. If you are in the area, definitely check the park out for the rides and the atmosphere, not for the services. A full 100 picture gallery can be found on my Next up: Family Kingdom and Freestyle Music Park The full album can by found on my facebook! To conclude this park I leave with a picture of Goliath. This coaster is one of the best I have ridden and it sure put on one great show. Again, should have waited for the train but it still looks pretty cool I think. Coming out of the pretzel. For being the first flyer it ran fairly well. I mean, put in some decent operators that ran at capacity and it wouldn't be such a ridiculous wait! GP sure loves it. Um, I don't know why so many coaster enthusiasts bash on the flyer, but I love them. Even if they don't offer much or are lame, they pack one huge punch in the pretzel and offer a feeling you can't get anywhere else. CEDAR FAIR TAKEOVER!!! AWWW! The only fail of the ride, it was purchased in whole by got2b hair care. Literally the ride line, entry, train and queue house were covered top down in banners, stickers and paraphernalia. Schwarzkopf gel though, I would by some. I was running out of time, so there is no train. Probably should have waited so I apologize. Mindbender totally rocked though. It was pretty smooth and had an awesome feel to it. I am glad they decided to fix her up and keep her kickin, it is a winner for sure. Georgia Cyclone. Cyclones destroy things like houses, cows and crops. This cyclone destroyed at least a few million brain cells. Over trimmed, rough and old hunk of junk is what it is. Scorcher had an awesome layout for being a rather small coaster, being only slightly taller than Iron Wolf and obviously shorter than Mantis and R Revenge. It made up for this though in tight swoops and running loops in itself. I also liked how it participated in the entry midway, or the beemer roar it makes. joyous shot! Goliath jumping scorcher! If only I had the scorcher train in the frame, then it would be e.p.i.c. Georgia Scorcher! Fourth standup and though its not the best, it was still a really fun, compact little coaster. See what I mean by pretty. there were a ton of beautifully hand carved horses. The riverside carousel, very big and very old and very very pretty. I love old ptc carousels. Batman number 3 for me. Nothing out of the ordinary here other than that the infield was trashed with trash, it could use a paint job and Geico bought the lift hill. I don't think I have ever seen a rapids ride look so legit ever. I wish I rode it, but I only had one day at the park and didn't really want to wait hours for it. Wild E Coyote Canyon Blaster was a nice kid coaster, though it still wasn't really a kid coaster in my mind. I enjoyed it though. Afterall, this is a themeparkman TR, and it wouldn't actually be mine without a side lift hill shot. Great American Scream Machine! Though they ACEr I was with did not like this one, I didn't think it was half bad. It was fairly rough and could use some (gci) lovin', but it did offer nice airtime and a overall fun ride. At elitches we have the standard drop tower, and I really enjoy that ride a lot. In fact I think S&S tower rides are lame because they feel so controlled compared to the intamin version. Anyways, the way they tilt you forward really puts a new spin (no pun intended) on the drop tower. Awesome ride! I think this is a pretty cool shot. Pretty tightly compact ride, would definitely fail a reach envelope so I dont know what HRRRRRRs problem is. I didn't hate the ride nor did I love it, it was pretty average. An average vekoma looper. It wasn't too rough or anything and the butterfly loops were pretty rad. Up skirt nerd shot! Pretty cool picture outside the park looking at Goliaths helix supports. Hottt. Goliath through Scorcher. Goliath was the first ride in a long time, probably since TTD in 03', to give me a little scare. I love airtime and all, but I have never experienced anything close to it. You don't just float over the tops of the hill, you are thrown out of your seat on every hill top to bottom. I love this ride. Cresting the lift hill. I think it is pretty cool the second drop is longer than the first. This was shortly after I arrived at the park, at least you could see in this picture the light of day. The entry with Goliath looming behind you is legendary! -

How did you get every single piece of scenery of every single themed area?
