^Ya, I always ride them in the back just because the forces do get exemplified but it also helps cause you can see the pumps a little more as well. As for the brake run, I get why you would do that, it was just more of a personal opinion to switch to the other way (and it is a little more realistic because they did just get off an intamin giga, a little 15 foot drop isn't really going to do much). Great job though, I really did enjoy this one. -
I finally got my act together and got all my maps and guides sorted and in one single place! I would love to check out some other maps, so let me know if anything sparkles. I use the terms map and guide, map obviously meaning the park map and guide meaning the little brochures that sell the park! Take a look! Well today is the rocky mountain showdown, the big football game between CU (University of Colorado at Boulder (Represent!!)) and CSU (Colorado State) and it is going to be awesome! The game is at CUs stadium so it is going to be a ridiculously loud, energetic and a very intense game. Definitely one of my favorite games of the year. -

How much did that panda way? Or how much would a panda of that size way if someone not on the trip knows the answer. -

^But I have been singing the praises of this ride, so it should make up for it? Don't fret about it though, there are only like 15 people that actively post in this thread. -

^Oh, I wasn't saying that you should change it from the PTCs' to the GCIs', the track was just more characteristic of a GCI. It worked fine for sure, just kind of a personal preference. Your tweaks on the track also seemed to work out well, so good job. I didn't realize how steep the lift and drop were until I rode it that second time! Keep up the good work! -

^See I feel like it has always been like that. I don't know why I say that, but I feel like I have seen somewhere that since opening it has been scrapped or chipped. -

^^What do you mean into the brake run? I have only ridden youtube povs but from what I remember I thought it just hooked left and then a semi circle right into the brakes, all of that without gaining or losing any elevation. -

Positives: -Layout. I thought this was a very exciting layout that had a very nice mega lite and mega coaster feel, so great job with that. As well, you did a nice job making a unique and memorable, I really enjoyed this coaster. -Airtime. Well, you had lots of it and sustained it for the hills. -Colors. I like the Led Zep/Time Machine white and blue color. -Supports. Who doesn't love a nice custom support job? Negatives: -Forces. In the back on one of the hills you pushed +6.2, which is just a little much to tolerate. As well, there were a couple places were you hit yellow forces, which are tolerable just not preferred in my mind. -Name. Milk? Come on, this is intamin bliss we are talking about, not my daily helping of calcium. -The brake run. This is more of a personal preference rather than a complaint. But I would have liked to see the brake run a constant downhill rather than a drop, brake run, drop. Overall this was one of the best coasters I have ridden recently. You did excellent, so good job. -

Positives: -Layout! Wow, this was a very exciting, very thrilling and very awesome layout. I have to say I loved every second of it. Very good job here but my only concern is that this coaster would have been better fitted as a GCI simply because of the MF trains as compared to the PTCs'. -Pacing. It did a very good job of holding speed through the layout and keeping it exciting. Good job. -Building technique. The track wasn't the smoothest (ride in the back, you can see the pumps) but it was overall built fairly well track wise. Negatives: -Supports. To me these were your biggest let down. On many of your overbanked turns, you lacked supports on the backside to properly support the track from the forces exerted downwards. I tried talking a picture but it didn't work, so bare with me with my type diagram. /| For those turns, you really only had the | which to me doesn't support the track right. Just some insight that I have. -Turns. I know I said the layout was awesome, but some of the turns seemed force and out of place. Also keep an eye on the forces in the back, you had some high lat and very spikes towards the end. Overall, this coaster was awesome. Very good job! I will be looking forward to more coasters from you. -
If you owned your own theme park

^Self made family launched? Seems interesting, but to me seems very difficult. Not questions your intelligence at all (haha, as a disclaimer), but they just seem so hit and miss even with the big companies that I can't imagine doing it myself. If your looking for a business partner though, I'm in! -

^^Ya. They all have the same layout. Besides a roll back, that is another thing I really want to experience, a mega lite! ^RCDB has Piratens' capacity at 810 per hour. Thanks for posting this TR...NOT! It just makes me jealous. -
I really hope to get to this park someday, for some reason it just looks really awesome to me. Could just be that awesome intamin though. Xpress is the same as Rock n roller coaster, but I read somewhere that it is a slightly bigger version to compensate for the loss of weight from the sound system on rock n roll. Thanks for posting this TR, nice to see this park. Don't really see to many TR's of it.

Yankee Scream(NL)
themeparkman25 replied to the ghost's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
^Negative. No red spikes here. I wouldn't say the hills were shaped perfectly though because they did seem kind of YANKEE (PUN INTENDED! I'm so funny) Overall I didn't think this coaster was half bad. It had a nice, creative layout and had some nice elements to it. Good job. My only concern though is the track section between the final brakes and the station. I don't know if you just maybe forgot to finish it or something, but please don't tell me you intentionally have the turn into the station that sharp. edit-still not use to ghosts picture. -
Intimidator wannabe: Positives: -Layout. Though I wouldn't say it was the most memorable of all the layouts, it did have a nice selection of airtime hills, overbanked turns and that side to side motion that I personally love. -Trackwork. The track was actually fairly smooth IMO, something I haven't been so lucky to find lately on some NL coasters. So great job! -Supports. You did an excellent job of recreating the sweet supports on i305! However, you also seemed to over support some of the turns (that one that has a MF feel to it) and under banked some (when you went to two tube track). Negatives: -Supports. See above. -The lift hill. Instead of having it split into three sections, just have one continuous lift. The transfer track used at the bottom was inaccurate and the second chain on top was unneeded. Simply split the lift into three sections and use the box to adjust speed and acceleration that way. Overall this was a great ride, I really want to hand it to you how much I enjoyed this coaster. Keep it up fa sho. X Coaster Positives: -Had nice moments of airtime and the rolls on top. It was also nice to see the additional track outside of the typical x-car loop thing. Negatives: -Before you post a coaster on here, make sure it passes the tunnel test! Change all the track to be enclosed, and then make sure nothing penetrates the tunnel. In this case you had a support that killed me. Which leads me to my next point... -Supports! You had the track far undersupported almost everywhere on this coaster. Make sure when you build these coasters that you use real life coasters to use as an example. Further, make custom supports so you don't have ones in places they shouldn't be (ie death pole) -Brakes. Or in this case probably the lack of them. Make the brake run longer so you don't go blowing into the station like that. Overall this coaster wasn't really as good as the previous one. Just take your time and I am sure this would be a better coaster. Good job though. [/b]

Tempting. Do I got to Orlando when I am midterm free and have some social time, or do I wait and do it with the Alvey and Big Mike crew? I've only ever met big mike before, might be worth meeting the Alveys since I am on their website more than facebook. Alpine slides...I really don't know how you can justify superman the escape at sfmm as a credit, yet not have the park city/vail resort/glenwood springs alpine coasters not count as a credit.
