Hey guys! I will be in Southern California from August 15-24. One (or two) of the days I am in town I am thinking about visiting MM. Can anyone provide me with any insight in relation to the crowds during this time of year?

The new water slide looks interesting. I can't wait to check it out next May. I'm happy to see they are also giving two free parking coupons with a season pass purchase. Now we just need a good woodie.

My next park will be Magic Mountain the first weekend in October! I have not visited the park in a couple years so I'm eager to visit once again, and also check out Green Lantern.

^ Although it was no longer raining by the time I got there last night, it was not very busy IMO. Most of the rides were walk on, towards the later part of the night Ghostrider and Xcelerator had lines but I think I may have waited 15 to 20 minutes at the most.
