Hoping for Japan myself, just depends on when school starts up the 2011-2012 school year.

^Man, Nick Universe needs to hire new PR people then.

While what ride is still nothing more than a rumor, I am very interested to see what the new ride coming into Nick universe is this year. The spot of land for it is a decent size.

I went back to playing Grand Theft Auto: San Andres. Game is still great fun and is miles better then GTA 4.

Jason, you were not kidding on the price of the 1965 Disneyland cards. There is an un-opened box on EBAY selling for over $450 with 7 plus days left. This post just keeps getting better and better.

^I agree with that on the AP front. However, even with telling people it is a soft opening, there will be folks on vacation that are pissed. By putting "spring 2010" instead of 2010, they have back themselves into a corner in a way with the vacation market.

I just wanted to point out this is not the first Roller Skater with this limit within the chain. The Roller Skater at SFKK also has the same limit, which is also the same limit of the Giant Wheel and Greezed Lightin'. No one ever said the limits made seance.

^Bankruptcy laws in the US go extremely easy on people. If a US company goes bankrupt, someone can buy the park without taking on debt. However, in other countries if a company goes bankrupt, the new company must take the debt with it.

Everything I have been hearing was the area opens before the ride by a few months. Makes seance with no details about the ride even coming out yet with the spring opening. If they do open the land without the major ride, I wonder how people will walk away angry? Hopefully for them, it turns out well.

Good for the park. When it was at Kiddieland, it was actually a decent flume. I was even lucky enough to get one of the last rides on it before the park closed. Hopefully, they can do the ride justice.

This is my new favorite "wacky" coaster name, almost Japanese-to-English like.

That seems to be the biggest pattern I see. People that were locals that wanted to own part of something in the community. This is a lesson to everyone: Invest in companies to make money, not to feel good. I just don't see this sell going through. Which is a shame as these same people blocking it will be stunned when the company turns into Six Flags in a year or 2 financially.

If you are planning on hitting SF STL a lot, get the pass there as you can add parking to your ticket there. SFKK you may not add parking and must pay each visit. For the coupon book, the "deals" are fairly bad except the free tickets for friends. The only decent deal they had last year was buy 1, get 1 free on any park merchandise on Monday's that was good at ANY Six Flags parks. We were able to get two Monster Mansion shirts with out coupon from SF Great America.

QFT Enjoy being 14 and enjoy being a kid. The older you get, the more life piles on you. Enjoy the relatively carefree youth you still have left, you can never get it back.

Unless you want books about the history of roller coaster or theme parks you are down to Disney stuff and books for kids.

Robb, will the Coaster Footage series still be available/made available for iTune/MP4 download from the TRP store after 2/1/10?

Count me in for this in the last week of March. I have wanted to do it for a while and can't pass up a chance to do it for free.
