I think it has to do with the (stereotypical) attitude of the state as well as various laughable figures within the state. Every time I drive through NJ, it seems like the entire turnpike is under construction. Not to mention, how can you not make fun of New Jersey when it has Camden? Joking aside, I love New Jersey. The beaches are great, Great Adventure is great, and holy crap the gas prices are great. As long as you can take a joke, there should barely be a reason to ask why it's made fun of.

I'm actually kind of awe struck! There are rides that are one mile long that only last about two minutes, lift hill included. And yet this ride has a 3 min 25 second ride time at just 2,835 feet? That sounds pretty sweet. Somehow, I feel that the ride time isn't 100% accurate, they could include variables that I don't count, but it still sounds like a darn good replacement for BBW. Speaking of, I wonder if there will be any respectful references to BBW along the ride.

I almost forgot. Visiting IoA last January (about a week after New Years), there was a line to get into the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. It was about a 45 minute wait (and the area was PACKED). Shortly after, we got into the 2hr line for Forbidden Journey. So that was essentially 3 hours for one ride.

I feel for her! I was pissed when I discovered that my Six Flags season pass did not cover front-of-the-line access on my birthday. And then they had the nerve to tell me that I couldn't park my car at the front gate on top of the guy in the Bugs Bunny costume!?!
