  1. In my half dozen trips I've yet to sample everything, but pierogies and birch beer are the two things that I always order sometime during each visit.
  2. 1 - remember Robb added a spell check button for people like you 2 - if you think there was airtime on MF, you don't know what airtime is
  3. ^OK so who is Jacob, I'm confused It really was another great show, I've thought all along that Ben was not born on the island and was some type of poser, but know I'm confused about Jacob. Is Smoky also Jacob? I'm sure Locke will be miraclously cured by the island in a couple of hours I'm more confused about Richard and his role. Can't wait for next week's confrontation. Dynamite will be used!
  4. I would choose Dorney and Hershey just cause you can get more done and your family will enjoy the non-thrill factor at HersheyPark. Unless your family is willing to spring for the Flash Passes at SFGAdv.
  5. Its not that I could not afford the bread or milk, it is that I just wanted to know how much it was going to cost ~Matthew *Still Not Worried About The Price* Stout That's right you were just looking for attention, my bad I forgot.
  6. I guess a two day work week makes sense if everybody worked 3 jobs
  7. They can bring all the new paint and trash cans they want but that will not bring back the 5 hours I wasted in this park last year. One of the most disappointing parks and coasters, but that's just my opinion. I think too many people build up this park more than they should. If I knew nothing about Canobie before I went there I might have enjoyed it more. Expectations for this park just get blown up by the local fanboys.
  8. And... thats a problem why? ~Matthew *Is still getting the sets* Stout Because you might not be able to afford bread and milk in Florida!
  9. I'm not going to ruin it for the West Coasters but that was one kick butt episode
  10. The one at Coney Island's Astroland is run at an insane cycle. Morey Piers removed theirs before the start of the 2006 season.
  11. biz.yahoo.com/ap/070501/dubai_universal_studios.html?.v=1 Didn't see confirmation of this mentioned before. If it is a repeater please lock.
  12. So glad I got to experience The Funhouse (which was not a dump) and King Solomon's. Although I was not a fan of the rest of the place.
  13. Being from New York I rarely try pizza outside of NY, unless I like the way it looks. I'm very picky. DelGrosso's is the one great pizza I have had at a theme park, although plenty of great pizza can be found right outside Astroland and along the boardwalks of Jersey shore parks. Bowcraft, the small family park in Jersey also has pretty good pizza. Cesari's never impressed me that much on three tries. I finally tried LaRosa, it was beter than average for a theme park but didn't blow me away. Kris Kringle's at Holiday World was better than I expected and I liked it because it was well done (I prefer overcooked pizza). I also liked the sauce but they were light on it. On the negative side it was very doughy.
  14. ^I think I was the only holdout from last Sunday's TPR group that prefers Voyage to El Toro, but barely. I got El Toro two spots lower than Voyage.
  15. They finally have the info on the website now but it looks like they are only taking phone orders. I'll probably buy a couple, for the same reason as coaster05. I can think of a lot worse things to spend $10 on. If I head out to CP later this year I'll swing by for a couple of hours to get some rides on Blue Streak.
  16. Don't be surprised, as Mike said there will be a cost for the replacement pass. That is in the fine print of the original paperwork you filled out, there is no way around that.
  17. still a great idea - I got my votes in and I really do prefer some of those underdogs
  18. KRISTEN - HER NAME IS KRISTEN, NOT KIRSTEN
  19. ^becasue lawsuits are not as prevalent in China
  20. We never did see Chiller operating, saw it testing. Wonder if it operated for a short time when we sat down to eat and stopped staring at it. Ted's - I ate there once but never again. You are right, not bad just very small and overpriced
