  1. False. The person below me has ridden a double deck carousel/merry-go-round.
  2. RIP Mike Nichols. Stage/Film DIrector of The Graduate, Catch-22, The Birdcage among others.
  3. Ukko - Linnanmaki
  4. That cable car and those glass walkways (and that view) look amazing! I think the longest I have ever been on a cable car is what - ten minutes? Wonderful photos taken, and thanks for sharing them .
  5. ^ the Olympia Looping Coaster is the KING of Vertical Loops!
  6. Wow. I swear that I envisioned (imagineered?) something like this for what might be an attraction based on "Beauty and The Beast", in Shanghai Disneyland! Unfortunately, it now looks like this ride will be based on Winnie the Pooh. But more like the tea cups in any Disney park (circles in a circle), plus the added patent Disney applied for that, allowed the cups/utensils to go up and down as well and around and around. The new design for encloasing the tea cups here, is brilliant! I just wish the ride was more like what could be possible. But this is pretty close. Hope it comes to realization. It really looks like how I thought it would work, with more enclosure. And this has a restaurant, too? Awesome. And it's not all cups and saucers in this drawing, too. It made me think of Lumiere, up above, in the middle, directing the kitchen chaos! All to the soundtrack of "Be Our Guest". (o:
  7. RIP Marion Knott. Youngest daughter of the founders of Knott's Berry Farm.
  8. I think if SF hired a really good Steampunk Painter/Artist, they would get an amazing massive creation, all over that parking lot under Scream. And while they're at it, make it a 3D visual thing, which will freak the riders out as they dip and dive around it all. (And at night, all illuminated so it becomes even more enhanced with special paints, etc.)
  9. I used to enjoy the "traveling dark rides" that some fairs and traveling carnivals would have. But there are very few of those any more, to the best of my knowledge and from current experience. I saw them over in Europe during events like Oktoberfest in Munich or travelling fairs through Germany itself. That said, are there any U.S. carnivals or traveling shows that still have these (usually) metal dark rides in their roster of rides? These were/are always fun to ride. Curious, and thanks for any reply to this.
  10. I would love to see that night light parade! And how were the fireworks, Ross? Last time the TPR tour was there (2012), people were saying the fire works weren't anything special. And I didn't see them, sadly. But these photos of yours make them look pretty good.
  11. IAAPA Reports always make me feel giddy and light. Thanks for all the updates, Robb and Co.
  12. Computer Time Test.
  13. "Incense And Peppermints" Strawberry Alarm Clock
  14. Goudurix - Parc Asterix
  15. ^ We found a jar of bacon marmalade on a recent food shopping trip. Made by President's Choice! Doesn't taste too bad. Very sweet with bits of bacon in it, instead of the (usual) fruit rind. And it keeps very well in the fridge.
  16. The commercial didn't have Teeny Weeny in it. Some nice coaster and park shots, though.
  17. Heck, I might even watch "Frozen" again.
  18. It actually occurred to me, the three they might be referring to, are Vanilla; Chocolate; and Strawberry.
  19. Once was enough, thank you. Yep. That's the one. (TPR 2012 China Tour)
  20. Here's a concept shot I found and posted earlier in the thread. Shows (hopefully) what the Toy Story Hotel will look like at night. And...uh...the clouds will continue on in the rooms as well. Well, it looks cheery, right? I wonder what's on the ceiling...
  21. Best. Sign. Ever. Hey, it says it right there!
  22. Damn. First, Adam does his recap of EPCOT's Food and Wine visits (FOOD), Now you summarize your several trips with....FOOD! And DRINK! I can't take this any more! Great recap by the way.
