^You never know with Magic Mountain, I wouldn't be surprised if they tried something completely mind-bogglingly insane! I didn't see anyone on here who expected the drop tower to go on S:EFK. Plus, any coaster with zebra striped paint would be awesome.

I, too, was really disappointed when I heard about this. It sounded like SFDK didn't really think the capacity issue out as much as they should have. I still don't understand their logic in taking out Pandemonium for another low-capacity ride. Nevertheless, I'm still super excited about this. I'm hoping that if I do go ride this on opening day or near it, they'll be on their game and it won't be too bad. And no Flash-pass on this ride please! At least not for a long time.

I got into this huge fight with a friend of mine this summer because I made a comment in a text that she took too personally, and then we started arguing about whether I was making assumptions about her or whether she misunderstood my comment. I hope not. I like having physical CDs. I have an iPod and my car stereo has a hook-up but it's a lot more irritating to listen to things on my ipod because then I have to worry about taking my ipod out of the car constantly in cold or hot weather and remember to charge it when the battery is low. Also, it's a lot more dangerous to reach over while driving and click around on the iPod to change the song or album than to skip songs on the CD player or pop in a new cd. Not to mention that I've lost music before because I lost the digital files and my ipod had an update that wiped all of the files on it.

The windows tend to stay fog free the most by turning on the heater AND the AC (the AC pulls moisture out of the air). Leave the recirculate button off, so that the car is pulling cold air in from the outside (it'll be less humid). Also the fastest way to warm-up an engine (and get heat) is to drive the car. Don't floor it to redline until the engine is warm, but drive a little gently for the first mile or two (depends how cold it is). There are times in Chicago where I get in my car in the morning and it's 0 degrees (that's Fahrenheit), and I start driving only about 30-60 seconds after starting the engine. Within just a few minutes the heater is blowing toasty warm air at me. Cameron. Thanks for the advice! Also, when you say the heater and the AC, do you mean to push the AC button but turn the temperature to warm? And does that work for frozen windshields?

That's not good! Do you have any suggestions on how to make the most of an English major? I'm an English major right now but I'm still not 100% sure what I'm going to do with it. I'm interested in Creative Writing and I think I'd like to work in the publishing world somewhere but I'm not really sure how to go about it. I figured that I'd probably look into getting some kind of internship with a literary agent and kiss ass as long as necessary to land a decent job.
