Does anyone remember the odd hail storm at WCB 09'? As well as the crazy rain in the morning and clearing up just before ERT?

At least TGIF doesn't have a height restriction! Well it kind of does. You have to be high to want to eat there. Lol

This is a great idea, I only have one and its a KK cup, blueprint style. Can't wait to see what else you have.

Those are big footings for just theming the base of the footings is about 30'x30'. In the photo the footing looks small because it was back filled. The photos where taken over a few days not all at once. That makes more sense, thanks for the input.

The best roller coaster I rode this month has to be Medusa at SFDK during Holiday in the Park with no lines.

^Ok, I guess the wheel can wait. I just want to get back there sometime soon and go back to the dome.

I admit, I do this as well. You know you're a coaster nerd if you know when and how to brace on an SLC.

I'm waiting for this to open and maybe the ferris wheel as well before I come back to Vegas.

I agree with this statement, El Toro looks great from any angle in my opinion. I also wonder what that footer is for and why it's so far from KK.

Late post, but I was at the park this past sunday with Rawkin_Coaster38. Everything was mostly a walk-on except Superman and Roar. I really don't like the new seatbelts on Superman as it really slows down the operations, when we rode they had to re-open restraints twice on us. It was annoying none the less, but moving on. We also decided to check out the Walrus exhibit and for once they were actually doing something other than sleeping. It was funny to see the walrus up against the glass getting the attention of all the kids. You could hear him grinding his teeth and clapping his fins together, it was just astounding to see this much activity. Rumor also has it that they may be getting a baby Walrus sometime next year as they want them to breed. We rode Medusa three times as there was no wait and I made the mistake of riding Kong in the freezing cold that night, felt like my nose was going to fall off. Best part of the night for us was when we were on our way out, we overheard people talking about SFOG. I had to chime in on this asap, I started by saying Over Georgia? and they were like yeah we live three hours from there and we're going to SFMM tomorrow. So we had to give them tips on what to do and where to go, I told them to immediately go to Full Throttle and towards the back of the park as it would be dead for an hour at least. They were also going to be there for 2 days and asked if that would be enough time to get everything. We said, that would be plenty of time. Long story short, we had a great time at Holiday in the Park and can't wait to go back (possibly) for their new years party.

I have to agree with you on that. I only make trips when I hear of a new ride coming in, (this kiddie coaster doesn't count, or does it ) I was there for when Superman first went backwards, when X2 was X, LL: DOD, Tatsu, and most recently Full Throttle. Other than, that, I don't really care for SFMM. I'd much rather spend my money at KBF for a more well rounded and better run park.

I have no idea what to think of this other than losing a few brain cells, but that's normal for me.

This looks like something I would love to do with my significant other, you don't know how jealous I am. But i have noticed hat out of all the places you have been, I didn't see anything from nor-cal.

^^It really does look more beefed up, honestly it looks more intimidating than just a more sleek looking tower.

One that stands out for me would have to be CCMR, sure it was a nice ride but it's not a ride that people would always talk about.

It's just different to see it on an invert. Looks like half of the batwing is almost complete.
