My favorite Disney movie is The Lion King. What is your favorite brand of computers?
-
I bought "Whoonu," a game by the creators of Cranium. Both are excellent party games! It was $15 at Target!

I find the airtime more like a bounce time from the roughness. I rode one side once and I loathed it. So painful. When I went back a different year, the ride out was okay but coming back was quite boring. I'm not sure what side it was though. When I was there, only one side was open, I do remember that.

Julie's Epic WDW Ongoing Trip Report!
RCTfan replied to USRoadTripper's topic in Photo Trip Report Archive
First, I am loving the photo TR. One of the best I've read and looked at! I absolutely LOVE the Adventure's Club! I only did one show, and it was Hoopla, but it was a blast. I was pointed out during the show because I was wearing a Stewie shirt. I'm sad that I never got to go back because it was so great. This program I'm doing, I'll definitely go MUCH more often, and probably just stay the whole night. -

I ditto that one! I met all these great guys at EPCOT. I'm the stupid one in the Orange Cornball Shirt. I hope I'll get to meet more of you at Disney World this coming Spring/Summer. I know I'll see Soren and Chrissie! Never know what TPR member could be hiding in a Tigger costume! -

Ha, we have the same crappy college furniture here in Virginia. Comfy on the cushions, but not between. As for the tree, get a Mickey for the top, forget angels! Sometime past mid-January, we'll have to hit up Disney parks sometime, I'll be down there back on internship, so we can make some awesome photo TRs! -
Expedition Everest won't be open for the New Year. That is just my guessing but I'm pretty confident. If it was to open soon, they would be doing a soft opening or cast member previews, neither of which have happened. As for the best park, Magic Kingdom never fails to please, but it'll be busy. After that would be EPCOT, which also has things for everyone. MGM isn't bad but there are more shows opposed to rides. And Animal Kingdom can be done in less than a day. For your money's worth, go with MK or Epcot.

I think the seasons have started to go downhill AFTER the New Orleans cast. They were VERY enjoyable and was an excellent season. They had more issues then who had sex with a different roomie's girlfriend. Yet, I watch it each season. But I don't mind missing episodes. Its not as addicting as Amazing Race or Survivor. OH, but I do love the challenges and it starts tomorrow!

Congrats Chrissie on getting in too! My arrival date is Jan 18 - Aug 11! So, I'll be down there with you guys for some time, so we'll definitely have to hang out! We can do some awesome photo TRs that will make everyone jealous! And you'll have to come take pictures with me as characters! WooHoo! -
One of my favorites I've recently discovered is Lisa Lampanelli. She has a DVD out called "Take it Like a Man." Its hilarious! Its racist and sometimes crud. Lots of sex jokes. Its hilarious! She was on the late night thing on Comedy Central one night.

Cedar Downs Racing Derby video
RCTfan replied to Twister II's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I don't have a video but I've riden the one at Rye Playland and watched them get on and off, which was quite awesome. I've seen the show you were talking about too. The ride is quite intense, where you actually have to hold on, otherwise you'd fall off. My foot got a cramp during the ride but it was awesome! -

Soren, I'll happily give you a ride to Wal-Mart and any parks. We'll have many adventures to the parks! Its gonna rock! You'll love working down there. And if you can't find any hot German girls, you'll be living with all the other International Programers, so I'm sure you could find at least one by the pool! I've seen em firsthand. Can't wait to meet you and I'll definitely stop by to see the Lederhosen! -

I did the College Program just last Jan-Aug and had a fantastic time. My situation is different since I'm in college and you have a career and such, so I probably won't have any useful advice for you. My program was amazing. I got to work at the Living Seas and Soarin' (HA, I worked at your ride) and I learned a lot that will help me in the future. I also learned alot about myself, which I probably wouldn't have learned elsewhere. The most hours I ever had was 58ish, and I brought that upon myself. I asked for the extra hours, so I received. During most of my program, I worked 6 days a week, but the Living Seas was short staffed. I was only moved over to Soarin' when they were short staffed and we had enough. The World Showcase is open from 11-9, which is 10 hours. I don't think Germany is open for the Extra Magic Hours, unless they changed it since I've been there, so you wouldn't have to stay until midnight on those nights. After your Merch location closes, you'll have to count your money and such, but that isn't too horrible I guess. I'm not going to tell you whether you should go or not, but if you have any specific questions that maybe I can answer, feel free to ask here or PM me. Oh, and if it counts for anything, I'll be back down there on the program January - May (probably longer) 06 as a Character Performer, so I'll just be next door if you need a familiar face/SN. Ha. I'll have my car so we can go to some parks. So you may miss out on some trips but you'll have some nice parks in Florida! I couldn't tell from your posts if you made a decision or not, but I take it not yet since people are still giving you advice. -
I agree, that was the most pointless video ever created. Those people should be shot just for creating it and making us waste our life with it. Don't bother watching, its stupid!

The trip started with myself being hungry, so I called upon my friend Ashley for some food, so she suggested Chili's. I met Ashley while I was working at Busch Gardens Williamsburg as Jack. She was apart of Park Ops. We met up around 8:45 outside Chili's. We ventured indoors, and our server's name was Ashley too. Coincidence? I think not. She tempted us into a yummy dip, with Guacamoli (SP) and Artichokes. Goood stuff. Our main meal was Chicken Crispers, which is Chicken Fingers, Fries, and Corn. We decided during dinner to venture to see if there was any Harry Potter 4 Midnight Tickets left, so we went to the theaters. We were lucky and they had opened another theater for it! SCORE. Surprisingly, we were the first ones there...well...it was 10 PM. So, maybe not surprisingly. I wanted to take a picture of Ashley, but then I discovered my camera was missing. SADFACE. So we hussled it back to Chili's, where my camera still existed! Once we got back to the theaters, we ran to the theater, hoping no one would be there still. And there wasn't! So pictures were taken! Well, as we sit there with our most awesome seats, my friends Libby and Danielle walk in. I had not invited them, so they were displeased, but they got over it. MORE PICTURE TAKEN. Finally, the movie begins and quite a few people show up, but not TOO many. The movie was fantastic. Some parts were removed, which made me sad, yet still enjoyable. I went to bed around 3:30, and had class at 10. Icky. Well, moving onto Friday, it was Party night. It was my friend Courtney's 20th birthday, so we celebrated in her apartment by drinking it up. The theme was Gangsta, and we were ghetto gangstas. Word. So, there are pictures to explain everything from kings, beer pong, and just good times. I'm not saying I forget what happened, its just a blur. Hope you enjoyed the random TR of college life! Before I depart, I give the Birthday Gal one last hug! Word. Gangstas. Gangstas playin Beer Pong! Courtney does her ritual penis dance. Courtney also loves the Penis. Or is she asleep? Birthday Girl loves her beer! Even if it is cheap and not that great! Melissa nows sports the penis opener. Well, it opens bottles. Yummy! PENIS. Can I say that word on TPR? Too late? Someone likes penis WAY too much. The other is jealous. "Weeeee! I'm DEErunk." These ladies gotta be gangstas, the sign behind them says so! Melissa and Alanna before the shin-dig. Melissa and I straight gansta before the ho-down. Happy 20th Birthday Courtney! Gross, cooties! Get this female AWAY. Libby's DO NOT taste good. I'm not sure who committed the act, but one of them did. I don't know what they did either, but they still did it. Libby calls that her "sexy face." Hmm...I'd call it a travesty. We are SO reading for the geekiness of Harry Potter to commense! LOOK MA! NO PEOPLE! Ashley is WAY too excited about the empty theater. What dirty things could we do...alone?! Ashley alone in the theater Ashley loves that corn! I am quite pleased with my Dip. Our trip started with a lovely appitizer, a Guacamoli and Artichoke Dip at Chilis. I Heart Dip.

I'll review two movies I've seen recently: Wallace and Gromit: Curse of the WereRabit - Fantastic movie! I've always loved Wallace and Gromit, and this was no exception! I thought it was cute and had some great moments. I love the airplane scene towards the end. Cute purse. I would definitely suggest it to my friends. Rabbits were cute too. Chicken Little - It was an enjoyable movie, but it wasn't up to Pixar's standards. I think the older crowd in the theaters got more out of some of the jokes than the kids, but they still loved it. The family next to my group was cracking up. I would suggest it if you love Disney movies and don't have super high Pixar expectations. I plan to see Saw 2 today, hopefully!

Photo TR: Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix
RCTfan replied to PhishyBrewer's topic in Random, Random, Random
I was happy with Mario Mix, especially since I don't have a PS2 or Xbox to feed my DDR addiction. Now I don't have to depend on friends or arcade for my only source of relief. To Blazen_AZN, Karaoke Revolution Party, how is it? I'm considering getting it. I hear there are alot of songs? Can you list some of the songs, because I've yet to find a list online. Thanks! -

I LOVE the Robb replacement! I haven't seen Madagascar, but I saw the Penguin short before Wallace and Gromit, and it was awesome! I can't wait to see the movie! I HEART PENGUINS. The War of the Worlds Set is pretty awesome. -

I've had DDR Mario Mix since it came out weeks ago. I love it. Its a great game. Its not as great as the regular DDR, since those have more songs and the songs are more dancable. BUT, I love it. The songs are great and some remind me of the oldies. Good stuff. I beat Story Mode once (its really short) and I'll probably do it again on a harder difficulty to I can unlock all the songs. I still haven't. Worth the buy. -
I'm sad for the Adventure's Club. That was one of my favorite clubs at PI. Then again, I'd only go really if it was free, which is was for cast members. They would at least keep my favorites, 8-Trax and the Comedy Warehouse. I'm surprised that Motions isn't being kept, that was always popular. Well, if its true, farewell. I won't really miss them, but the Adventure's Club. At least I can still get my DISCO ON!
