Anyone heard any news if TTD will reopen this year, or will it be for next season. I'm worried "Project Stealth" at Thorpe Park in UK will get any long-term problems.

Coasters and flat rides should have an height and age limit. This will cut down on the amount of accidents and deaths, if the kids become 2 scared when 200ft in the air. It does not matter where the ride is Disney or Cedar Point, be the same everywhere. Disney should build more kiddy rides and less mature ones.

Great Photo's : What's "The Comet" at Great Escape like to ride. It's amazing some of the structure came from the "Crystal Beach CYCLONE". Love to see this coaster rebuilt. -

Do you scream on the coasters?
verticalzero replied to mark.w's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I normally shout "wwwwoooohhhh" and " yyyyyyaaaaaa". I never scream, if I'm scared I shut my eyes. -
What's your favourite part of the ride.

ejector air get's my vote for me. Would anyone say the coasters at Cedar Point and Kings Island have "Ejector Air". What ride names have "ejector air" on their layout. -
35 mins drive from Thorpe Park.

USA has the best selection of coasters, Europe is catching up slowly. Never been to Asia to try their coasters. Blackpool Pleasure Beach,Alton Towers, Thorpe Park, Heide Park, Waliba World, are some of the best parks I have been to in Europe. Been to Cedar Point, Kings Island, Disneyland. in the USA.

"Turbo" (Steel Coaster) on Brighton Pier UK is very rough, you head gets thrown left to right when you come out of the loop.

What is the coolest coaster name?
verticalzero replied to Hilltopper39's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
"Banshee" was the coolest name for a coaster, but Cedar Point can not use the name as it means "wailing death". I like " Nitro", "The Beast", and my fav "Hades". -
Most Theme Parks in the UK are quite tight with re-rides, even if there is no-one waiting for your seat, they ask you to get off and walk round through the 1/2 mile long Qing system.

"Reality15" did you get a headache going on Shivering Timbers 39 times in a row, how did you feel when you got off the ride.

Expedition geforce favorite element
verticalzero replied to johnhuger's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
The whole ride is amazing, it produces some extreme "Airtime" on its hills. -
I've never been on Hydra or a floorless coaster as there is none in the UK. The ride does look stunning and its a shame if the ride is rough, which is suprising as B&M are normaly silky smooth. "Collosus" at Thorpe Park (UK) is rough and slows down quite badly just before the Cobra Roll. Some extra TLC is needed to get this coaster back on top form.

Went on "Collosus" at Heide Park 6 times in a row, there were people waiting to go on the coaster. If no-one was waiting for your seats you can re-ride.

How many of his coasters are still operating today Same question for Prior and Church Coasters.
