Anyone need No Limits help?
redunzelizer replied to Mr.Six's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
"The purg is a program for rotating elements..." Are you serious??? Are you serious this is the only thing you can accomplish with that program? You'd better take another look before saying something as narrow minded like that. You might want to start here: http://www.coastersims.com/norestraint.asp?action=viewarticle&articleid=95&page=1 8) And BTW, Mr.Six: You started this thread with the following claim: IMHO, you obviously cannot... redunzelizer -
No clues yet? Not at all? Hint: older than many of us... 8)

Elissa, there might still be a drawback. Phantasialand obviously will *not* put these trains on Black Mamba for you: http://drkssk.fc2web.com/zekkyou/tivoli/norimono/morino1.jpg Oh well, so Nemesis hasn't got these either... 8) -

Thank you for that very special "insight". Excellent onride footage (cam must have been fixated to car somehow). But regarding that coaster... ...oh well... Talking about Bandit @ MPG. Rough, bruising in places (even more whith hot weather plus wet rails from rain). I still loved riding it for about 1 1/2 hours consecutively (~ 15++ rides, lost count, many with keeping seats). The fact that I could barely sit and walk the next day only made it more memorable to me. I would take this particular pain anytime again! BTW: I'd never ride FX (that Vekoma SLC right besides Bandit ) more than 2 or 3 times. I did find out how to avoid most of the headbanging, yet it's never calling for more than one or two rerides a day. redunzelizer 8)

Guys, you'd all better get a physics lesson first! As the occuring forces are related linear to radius but quadratic to speed, we might well expect that this Goliath's downward helix has the most forcefull spot on it's exit, right at the bottom. Look: Accelleration = Speed^2 / Radius Thus: Even if the radius at bottom/exit of said helix were *4* times the radius on top, *only double the speed* would be required to have the very same ammount of forces! Since the height difference between entrance and exit *could* easily supply speed doubling and the radii don't look like increasing by a factor of four, we *might* excpect the most forcefull part at the exit. But: we haven't got any valid data about speeds & radii available. So IMO it's completely futile to speculate on ride behaviour for that (or any other) element. I do know that i cannot tell, but hereby want to humbly remind you that you can't either. redunzelizer

Warning: This one will get tough. Very tough.... 8) I'll watch your guesses for a while and then decide if you still require some hinting. redunzelizer, obnoxiously playing with your expectations.

I just clicked on this topic to actually find out that Robb did not have his name changed to Earl, or at least doesn't yet officially intend to do so. What a relief!!! (in case my assumptions will stay correct for the future...)

An interesting move: the entrance to the construction site has been relocated. We could expect some more digging & terraforming at places... http://www.onride.de/viewtopic.php?t=18868&start=60&7281 -
No. Will you answer this question with "no"?

First, the NL-demo is only there for getting a glimpse of what you might expect with the full version. You may "play around" a bit, but no actual construction. To be able to save your own rides and ride others than the few included with the demo, go purchase the full version NL, it's a true bargain: http://www.nolimitscoaster.com/ Second, ever heard of terms like "help menu", "help file", "manual", "readme" or similar? In short: "RTFM"

I would not attend for another reason. Way too hard to catch up with the admin's "level of speelink requirements". Plus, imagine the moderation quality... with "mods" elected by some lottery http://www.turnofftheinternet.com/
