The water coaster if a very cool idea. I think the portraits mentioned in the quote though will really be the kind of innovation that sets Disney apart from others. I would probably end up watching the portraits for twenty or thirty minutes just to see what all they do in reactions to people.

I agree I have watched a lot of the stuff that Steve Carrell has been in and had no clue that was him, until someone guessed it. Most of them are good, but not those last ones.

Those are the best photographs I have ever seen of Thunderhead, good job! You also get extra points for the Christmas light shot! I can not wait for Smoky Mountain Christmas to begin.

I checked out the wax museum last year and was pleasantly surprised. I expected it to be lame but thankfully was wrong. Of course though the best part is the goofy pictures that are a result of the museum.

The Mountain Slidewinder was closed, as is the entire Dreamland Forest area that it is in. Both Dreamland Forest/Slidewinder and River Battle closed back in September because you get so wet on/in these attractions. Great pictures! That cinnamon bread has me excited about getting to go in about a month.

Sounds like a good visit. Most of the time cold and/or rainy days are the best.

My last park will be Dollywood on their last day of operation for the season, January 2nd. As for last coaster it will be any of theirs (Blazing Fury, Mystery Mine, Tennessee Tornado, or Thunderhead).

Here are my two questions about this: 1. Why is Disney making this so public? If I were them I wouldn't announce "Hey we aren't watching you anymore" to everyone because then that just makes people more likely to do it. 2. What is Disney's procedure if someone does flash the camera's? I know some parks throw the individual out, does Disney?

I'm going to take a stab in the dark here and say rumor. While Hannah Montana is a huge success for Disney right now and is making them loads of money, I HIGHLY doubt there is a need to worry about Rockin' Roller Coaster being re-themed.

What I'm wonder is how a place like Denny's can give-a-way free grand slam breakfasts every year but KFC can't give away chicken? Poor planning? However Denny's does not advertise it with Oprah to the best of my knowledge. What's funny is about a week or two ago they had a coupon in the paper for a free "piece" of grilled chicken. I wonder why you can get a free meal from Oprah and only a free piece from the paper. Is Oprah paying for part of this?

The Sony look like it may have a few better qualities such as larger screen and more megapixels. However personally I would go with the Cannon because I like there brand more.

My first park was Dollywood. However my first coaster of the season will come on May 16th at Holiday World.

Great photos! Yes and no. Yes you usually find out when she is going to be there but you will never really find out where she will be when she is there. She will be in the Dolly Parade on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge as mentioned above at 6 p.m. on Friday May 8. Then Dolly will then be at the park May 9th. On May 9th they have only announced one appearance yet and it is the premiere of Sha-Kon-O-Hey! at 7 p.m. Tickets and information are available on the Friends of the Smokies site here. http://www.dollymania.net has announced that she will then again be at the park June 12 for the opening of KidsFest. So Dolly is actually at the park several times a year each year. If you visit http://www.dollymania.net under upcoming appearances you can find out in advance, then most of the time Dollywood's website usually announces them about 5-7 days in advance.
