  1. I'm 27, in the 10% bracket here thats grand. First coaster was Wild Mouse at BPB, wasn't the best of starts and it put me off for a while.
  2. Here is my 10 ten coaster list:- 1. Megafobia 2. Loup-Garou 3. Dragon Khan 4. Cyclone 5. Stampida 6. Grand National 7. Revolution, BPB 8. Nemesis 9. Wild Mouse, BPB 10. Revolution, Bobbejaanland Too many woodies I guess.
  3. Nice TR there, great to see a park I haven't heard of before. Very impressed from those photos, lovely theming too. That train is so funny with the big rock on the front:-
  4. Just got to view all the videos so far on the trip, classic. The SLC clip is something else. Great to see you loved Port Aventura as its an amazing park. Hope some of you had a go on Tomahawk, its quite surprising. Nice review of Baco too, it really is that good, pitty I missed out on this by a few weeks. Can't wait for the next clip and photos.
  5. Nice TR mate, cool photos. Sorry to hear about the problems with paying in and the pass, also you did'nt think much of Vertigo I did'nt even go on it, was'nt worth the queue. I think they could have spent the money of another attraction, but judging by the crowds it is very popular for Walibi. I was there last week too, seems you avoided the dreadful Belgian weather, when I was there it was hit or miss with the rain, and everytime it did'nt the rides stopped operating. But it was worth it just to ride Loup-Garou in the wet, it was unreal the craziest woodie I've ever been on, the looks of peoples faces when they return to the station said it all. -EmBy-
  6. Sorry Edward, I finally got the photos working. Nice report, I was interested in visiting here and couldn't find much about it, but this certainly helps.
  7. Theses are the ones I was on, I remember:- Traumatizer - Southport Hydro - Oakwood Nemesis Inferno - Thorpe
  8. Wow that looks like great fun, nice theming in the area, the submarines look cool. Shocking weather there, lovely one minute the next there is floods. I know Leeds and Yorkshire area got hit badly and Flamingoland is located up there. Thats some amount of water at the entrance.
  9. Haha another classic update, very funny and nice park too. Love the look on Robbs face in this photo, that tunnel is tiny, fair play to the park for letting you ride this one:- That Ramses looks crazy, what were they thinking when they designed it?? I cant figure out if it passes inside or infront of the building.
  10. Was also nearly my last credit, done it last week. My last was Revolution at Bobbejaanland.
  11. Hi, I'm from Dublin, Ireland. Hours away from any coasters at all.
  12. Great photos from the first day, can't wait to see the updates from the next parks on the schedule. Loving those Oreos biscuits too.
  13. Me and my friend losing a cap lense of a video camera onboard Big Dipper at BPB when we were filming from the front seats. Spent the whole ride nearly upside looking for it and getting thrown all over the car. Looking back now it was pretty funny especially the all the other riders staring at us. We never did find it.
  14. You are welcome, hope the sunburn is okay for you now, ends up happening to me too, you think you are covered up enough and then the next day it really kicks in. Yeah Colossus just past 5 years now. I like the colour scheme on it , but like what you said, now its just looking like one colour now all faded especially on the tracks. Might just need a good scrub.
  15. Most would like coasters but they wouldn't exactly travel away to go on them. They think I'm a bit crazy that way, when every holiday destination happens to be located near a theme park. Its even funner with my work colleagues, when I'm back off trips just watching their faces when I've told them I had been spending days at park, and showing them my photos.
  16. Owch that sunburn looks sore.... Nice TR Adelleywelley, I enjoyed reading it, and great photos. Yeah I found Thorpe expensive too, I suppose its located in London so everything is dearer then the rest of the UK. I see you didn't like the inline rolls on Colossus, join the club, most seem to think this. They really messed up this section.
  17. I think if Blackpool did get lottery money it should be used to the historic rides just to keep them operating and maintained. A bit like the Dreamland park they are planning in Margate. But cant see them any funding much now especially since they didn't get the casino license. Also after what they did to Cyclone at Southport, they don't deserve anything.
  18. Got to be Manhatten Express in Las Vegas, a regular on most peoples worst list. Also Corkscrew at Alton Towers, terrible.
  19. Hi, I'm in Dublin, Ireland so my local park is Funfasia a small amusement centre about 30mins away. It has just one coaster, and the only one in Ireland I think. But my nearest main park would probably be Rhyl Ocean Beach in Wales, a ferry trip and train away. (4-5 hours)
  20. Great TR of Thorpe Park Love the side shots of Stealth, a different angle than usual.
  21. Hi, This is a very popular trip, I was planning doing something like this myself, but going into Torp and back out through Gothenburg. If you cant get the car, its easy enough to get a bus from Gothenburg to Oslo or the other way. You could fly into Gothenburg and then fly back through Torp or Oslo airport. Tusenfryd is only a short bus journey outside Oslo.
  22. Wow this will be amazing if it gets the go ahead, the UK needs something like this especially with parks shutting down. Do you know will they be getting the Water Chute from Rhyl Ocean Beach? I heard this park will be closing in the Autumn to make way for re-development.
  23. Amazing video thanks for the preview. Love the roar the train makes coming off the drop, and I still cant get over the banking on those turns.
  24. Awesome shots there Gabrimm, thanks for posting them. Its looks great, the themeing really has come on quick since I was there a few weeks back. Seems to be barrels everywhere. Love the look of the barrels on the trains, really gives Furius Baco a unique look.
  25. Cheers, Great photos there. Can't believe the banking on those drops there are going to produce an amazing ride. Hopefully there will be a great pov after the TPR trip there next month. Definitly a new entry for the to do list.
