  1. ^That would definitly happen to me if that happened to Rush Mania. That same thing happened to my friend over at RCPro last year with one of his parks. It sucks a$$ when files accidentaly get replaced like this.
  2. Those floating stars don't look so good with nothing holding them up.
  3. Why do we have TOGO on the list. We all know their coasters are as smooth as broken glass.
  4. I can't really say much just by this picture. I'm guessing a Halloween themed park.
  5. ^ From the look of the top picture, it did not look like it could be the longest.
  6. For a NL starter this looks good. If you know how, Vekoma Invertigo tracks have double spines. These pictures should explain. http://p2.rcdb.com/picmax/paramounts-great-america/invertigo1.jpg http://p2.rcdb.com/picmax/sommerland-syd/tornado4.jpg Hope this helps
  7. Longest roller coater in the world, huh. Exactly just how long is this?
  8. Wow! a Suspended and themed Knex roller coaster. I never thought I would see something like this. This looks awesome!

  10. Oh my gawd! This is so realistic it almost makes me feel as if I were back at SFMM.
  11. Thrill Shot cannot operate if the flag on top of the Sky Tower is moving at all.
  12. You can buy reusable waterproof cameras at sporting good stores. I got mine for about $20. If you search online, you can probably find a waterproof cover for your digital camera.
  13. Ok, the first roller coaster ride for me was Windjammer Surf Racers (red track) back in April 1998. I don't remember it being as bad as everyone says, so I was sad when they demolished it. I didn't get really into coasters until sometime in 2000 when I saw a "Top 10 Coasters show" on the Discovery Channel. That led me to going to (formerly) SFMW for the first time since they added roller coasters, and to getting RCT1.
  14. I agree it is a rip off price. $35 for a single rider, $25 for doubles, and &20 for triples, but if you pay an additional $5 dollars, you can also get a Thrill Shot ride. So that's $40 for a single rider Dive Devil and Thrill Shot ride. Where as Thrill Shot is $15 by itself.
  15. 1) Vortex at KGA is probably the roughest B&M coaster ever. 2) X is pretty rough if you ride anywhere but the front row. 3) The double corkscrew on SFMM's Viper is the roughest part on any arrow coaster I have ridden. 4) I probably don't need to mention this, but Vekoma Boomerangs and SLCs in general are extremely rough.
  16. ^What I do is first look for any signs that say "cameras, etc. prohibited on ride." Then if I do not see any I take my camera and hold it in clear view for the ride ops to see. If they don't say anything, then it's probably ok. If they object to you bringing it on, then there is probably a no camera policy. At SFMM, I have brought my camera on three coasters: Riddler, Ninja, and Revolution and the ride ops never say anything. On Scream and X there are signs that say no loose articles including cameras. However my friend made a POV on Scream, so the ride ops must be either very lenient or just oblivious.
  17. With all this talk about trying to loose weight, I'm tying to gain weight. My body mass index is dangerously low according to my doctor. At 5'11 and 135 pounds, I look like I got out of a concentration camp (well, maybe not that extreme). I eat alot, but my metabolism is just too fast.
  18. No. Have you ever almost driven on the wrong side of the freeway?
  19. Does anyone hate Chemistry and Spanish classes as much as I do? I failed a Chem test yesterday and I'm 2 weeks behind on my Spanish final project. Not good for me.
  20. ^That is one of the best shots I have seen of Tatsu. For mine, I didn't take this picture, but remember when all the hype that was created by this picture? http://p2.rcdb.com/picmax/six-flags-magic-mountain/unknown2.jpg
  21. My home park is SFDK. I live about 45 minutes away from there. It's never mush of an occasion for me to go there because I've been there so much, but it's still a great park. Much better than GA which is 2 hours south from where I live. Although SFDK gets repetitive really fast concidering the park has both a Vekoma Boomerang and SLC.
  22. After an investigation is completed, they should destroy this ride and replace it with a quality B&M stand-up coaster. Keep in mind, there hasn't been a new stand-up roller coaster built since 1999 when Georgia Scorcher was built at SFOG.
  23. Its a good thing that was torn down and scrapped before anything happened. I hope this coaster meets the same fate.
  24. 13 times on Medusa at SFDK on a Friday back in August 2001 without fast passes and the lines were unusually short. Before that, it was 7 times on Flashback at SFMM. No lines on that either for obvious reasons
