El Nino is by Angelli & Nelson and that song was used in the promotional video for X. Some have said this song is by Paul Oakenfold but I have found no song called El Nino by Oakenfold. I looked it up and it sounds nothing like the one played in the station. The song sounds sort of like Adagio For Strings by Tiesto. I found several electronica/dance related forums to use for the song identification. I have an account over at www.di.fm that has a whole section dedicated to music identification as well as www.unknowntrack.com. I will give up on asking for information on this song here since nobody seems to know it, so I will just ask in forums for questions like this. I'm getting the same problem on mine too. Along with RCT1. But with RCT1, it installed just fine, it just causes an "error trapper" every time that I play. What can I do about this?

I moved this thread here because the other one was not getting any replies. Does anyone have any pictures of the now defunct Oakwood Lake Manteca Waterslides? I have been unable to find any - even on google. Pictures of the slides/attractions, as well as general park photos would be very much appreciated.

That's pretty good for a first time photo trip report. And yes I was able to see the guy with his hands up on the lift hill in the picture you mentioned.

Yay for Elitch's trip report. I might be going there when I'm in Denver later this year. It really sucks that they added trim brakes to Twister 2. I really liked the out of control feeling that it gave. I agree with you, their Boomerang is definitely smoother than most other Boomerangs. Mind Eraser, eh not so much. One time when I was there Mind Eraser was shut down because people were getting head injuries on it. No surprise there. The new addition to the water park should be nice. What else have they done since it is no longer a Six Flags?

Ok this is a thread where you post any questions or concerns about anything in the Roller Coaster Tycoon series. I will start this off with my question. I recently got a computer with Windows Vista on it and installed RCT1 on it. The problem is that the game cannot play - an "error trapper" occurs at the main menu. I downloaded a patch that is said to fix compatibility issues, but it said it does not work. Can anyone help?

Several years ago when my friends and I were going to SFDK, we got there to find that the park had lost power. There were several rides that were stuck on their lift hills (Kong and I don't remember what else) but since the park had not yet opened, nobody was inside. There was a tremendous line waiting at the front gates for the power to come back. Fortunately, they eliminated the $10 parking fee for that time. After waiting in the parking lot for half an hour, we went over to Wendy's and had lunch and decided that if the park was not open when we were done, we would just come back the next day. Well it did not reopen so we just left and came back the following day.

I am looking for information on one of the techno songs played in X's station. I was just there last month and the loop that they play has 4 songs in it. I know 3 of them. 1. Confusion (Pump Panel Reconstruction Mix) by New Order [approx. 10:10] 2. She's My Pusher by The Crystal Method [approx. 5:41] 3. Vapor Trail by The Crystal Method [approx 6:31] 4. *Unknown* [not as long] ***[repeats]*** "Confusion" by New Order is often confused with "Bloodrave" by The Crystal Method. Some of you have noted that "Confusion (Pump Panel Reconstruction Mix)" sounds a lot like "Phatt Bass" and "Blade" by Warp Brothers. They used "Confusion" to be remixed into these songs for the Blade movie theme. The tracks listed above are in the order as they are played in X's station. They are mixed into a single track with crossfades between songs so it is not that they change the order around or anything. All I am asking is that someone please help me find the name of the last song. It is not as long as either of the songs above. The song has a breakbeat sound to it and no vocals" If you want to know what any of these songs sound like to get an idea of what I'm talking about, just ask and I will provide you with links and/or sound samples of similar songs or the ones I already know. I am really into techno/electronic music right now so that is why I would like to find out what that song is. Thanks to anyone who can provide some helpful information.
