With all the safety related incidents occurring these days, if one refuses to comply with the rules, they should not to be allowed to participate and NOT be compensated for sake of "religious purposes" if that is what the reason was. Think about it, if they had allowed him to ride without the helmet and he did get hurt, the park would end up paying even more money. So this guy got the park into a situation where he is taking advantage of this restriction to make some quick cash. I wish this guy would get nothing.

My parents already know that I have met quite a few people around my own age from RCPro. TPR would be a different story for them since TPR has more adults.

This looks like a real life situation from in the movie Jaws when the diver discovers the dead guy's head underwater. Situations like this freak the h*** out of me. The body was not floating in the pool. It was in the section behind the wave pool where the pump machine creates the wave. I wouldn't be surprised if the body was horribly disfigured by the heavy machinery. My worst fear is being trapped underwater and this would be such a horrible way to die. -Sam
