You consider 9 by 11 inches small?!?!?! I'd say that's pretty darn huge for such a model! -

Yup! Pre ordered mine quite some time ago too. I hope it'll be here soon! -
My bad, got confused. But still. I'll shell out that much money for just that game! Besides the fact that there are stlll many great games to come out!
-
Wait for the bundle that will come out. $129 for a red DS plus Mario Kart. That's what I'm waiting for...

New coaster train my friend created.

How is that dangerous? Granted, it's self operated, but if one can use common sense, nothing can happen. Remember! that's NOT in America -

Never said it looked bad, oh no! It looks great! But apart from superior graphics I don't see too much that justifies the price. And even the graphics... They are not THAT much better than current gen games (which is normal)

1st of all, PS2? you mean PS3... And don't consider stuff as a fact that isn't. Nobody knos just how "fantastic" it'll be... And second. Why own both, X360 and PS3? Apart from a few games, they turn out to be pretty much the same! Now if you ann shell out THAT much money, nobody is stopping you. But for me at least, the Revolution makes much more sense as a secondary console... And also, since when is the XBox the obvious leader? Apart from the US, they're not really succesful, and honestly, I don't think that's gonna change much. Right now there's a huge hype around the X360. Microsoft sure knows one thing, and that is selling their stuff, I give them that. Eventually though, the hype will die down. It might get up a little again with Halo 3, but honestly, I think realasing that game around the PS3 will be to their disadvantage... Now for the Revolution and your comment "who knows?". Yeah, true that. Nobody knows. But the p-o-t-e-n-t-i-a-l!!! P.S. I REALLY seems to be the only guy here that is not impressed by the X360 :s

Tusenfryd Discussion Thread
DragonKhan replied to Shadowforce's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Lets make one thing clear. This is NOT america ! So? Quite a few parks in Europe pull in some heavy attendance. Its not just America who has G-Force quota's to fill and adrenaline to surge. Yeah, but this is Norway. This park is popular, but it doesn't pull huge crowds. They'll be just fine! -
I didn't need to know that about you liking your penis. what guy doesn't?

Anyone from Sweden
DragonKhan replied to DragonKhan's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
It doesn't matter much if coasters are running or not. Liseberg opens mid-November they say... I'd need somebody to get something at the shops there and I figured SOMEONE might be going... -
Well, the bell adds a lot to it I imagine. For one, you have the walls of the bell approaching you as you ride it. Just like a real bell works. I imagine that beeing a very unusual, but cool effect. Also, there are speakers that add even more to the ride and give it the fitting sound. IMHO that ride would be very boring without that "theming". But the way it is right now, it looks like a great crowd puller. Which is not much at the Prater Park. The capacity is plenty for that park, and since that ride was made just for the Prater, there is no reason to waste more space for seating...

Am I seriously the only one not impressed at all?!?

This might seem odd asking, but I kinda need help... Is there anyone from Sweden on this board, or somebody else going to Liseberg before Christmas? Any help is appreciated (money?)

Mitch Hawker's Wood Coaster Poll!
DragonKhan replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
It makes no difference how you rank them since only comparrison on your poll counts. In other words a 1.vs2. win is worth just as much as a 1.vs60. win I suggest you study the works of this poll again -
Build your very own B&M Coaster!
DragonKhan replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Add it to an Intamin seat maybe?: http://www.onride.de/viewtopic.php?t=14462&start=40&1660 -
What have they done with your video??????
DragonKhan replied to Peis's topic in Random, Random, Random
MY EYES!!!!! At least she picked the right coaster for her video, lol... good fit... -
GEEZ!!! You guys got problems! I think you are all forgetting one thing! Without Vekoma you would NOT have any Intamins or Vekomas! Face it! For a small park, Vekoma could not be a better choice! What do they offer? Very compact, but very impressive coasters for a very cheap price. If you believe it or not, they pull in the crowds that are needed before they can even think of a more expensive B&M or whatssoever! A few of them might be bad, and it is fun to make fun of them. I sure don't enjoy riding them as much, but i realize why they are at a park and don't really want them taken down. I love most designs Vekoma comes up with, they're usually pretty good. They might not be on par with the more expensive ones. But they're good for what they are, and that's what I ride them for...
