Honestly? I don't remember! It's been quite some time really! I THINK I stumbled accross TPR like 5 or so years ago. Since then I had a few chats with Robb online, emails, westcoaster etc. Do you remember the first time you've read my name Robb???

Even thought I agree on SLC beeing painful and I myself don't like them either, I have to say they're economical great rides for smaller parks... And always remember that we would have a lot less, if even any, sweet B&M and Intamin without Vekoma...

I think that's just an illussion. It is not a brake run, but just a straight track that is slopped downwards. Just doesn't appear that way because of the terrain...

It is not the first time NL was used for such a presentation. It's been done quite a few times before. The Vekoma Motorbike coaster or the Gerstlauer Vertical Drop Coasters jump to my minds right now...

Honestly, RCT1 & 2 looked much more "Cartoony" to me then RCT3. It just didn't appear like that because of the isometric view. Now in 3D much more is noticable. IMHO they did a great job of keeping the same style and I don't really think that they could've done better. But I still prefer RCT1 & 2. Because the typical RCT atmosphere gets lost in 3D IMO.

I have really pushed it this time and had some "fun" on it. They ARE safe by all means. They are, like most amusement rides in Germany, approved by the TÜV. And when it comes to safety, they are extremely picky... On my first ride I don't know what the hell happened, but it really isn't a big deal. On my second ride I apparently pulled the restraint to hard by trying to get some more speed. But HEY! THAT was some sweet airtime!!! (That and the video was worth the pain!)

Okay, since we all read about Robb and Elissa touring Europe, we all should know about "the self-operated 'jumping boat thingy'", the Nautic Jet. Klotten TR Now we have those things all around Europe, especially Germany! Even outside of themeparks where they usually charge you a Euro to ride. So you think this ride is crazy? I'm here to prove how right you are! Everybody that knows me knows how absolutely insane and idiotic I can be. So that one time I put a local Nautic Jet to the (DragonKhan) Test! Good thing my friend had a camera with him, because the ride FAILED! Download 10.9 MB .mpg file Now on the first ride I actually managed to land ON one of those black boundries. Don't ask me how I did it, it seems impossible. Obviously it got stuck and I had to climb out. On my second ride I tried to get a little extra speed. All I got was a restraint malfunction, a scar, and a shoe in the water... ENJOY!!! Don't EVER try this at home! (or any amusement park)
