  1. I have a Gamecube with... Mario Kart, which I play all the time, at least three cups a day. It's that awesome. Enternal Darkness which I never play since I finished it. Zelda- Wind Walker. Same as Eternal Darkness. Donkey Konga, which I also play every day. Simpsons Hit and Run, finished now. Sonic 1 and 2, along with Heroes, which I play from time to time. I also have a DS, which only has Mario, but I'm getting Mario Kart for Christmas.
  2. To be honest I find it a horrible ride to go on, it shakes, the ride is dull, it's repetative and it's just inversion, inversion, inversion, inver..zzzzz..... I didn't say it in this topic because I thought everyone hated it.
  3. First Coaster- Colossus, Thorpe Park, March 19th. Last Coaster- Colossus, Thorpe Park, October 24th. Number of park trips- 24 Number of rides- 540ish. Highlights- First Hyper- The Pepsi Max Big One First Modern Woodie- Stampida First X-Car- G-Force First Skycoaster First S&S ride- Rush First Shot Tower- Mystery Castle First 300ft+ Ride- Hurukan Condor. My main highlight was a week in Port Aventura though, with 42 Hurukan rides, 27 Khans and 31 Stampida rides.
  4. Stupid Nemesis annoys the World out of me. Everyone loves it because it's built in a hole- WOW! The layout sucks, the forces are lame, the ride's real short for a B&M, it's such a bad ride. Everyone goes on about it's theme- it has a Alien station and some rocks- it's hardly a theme is it? I hate it... with a passion! Don't get me started on Air either, the most boring pile of steel ever made, it made me hate B&M Flyers (until I saw Tatsu...). Other than those two, I at least like most Coasters I've ridden.
  5. Yes, Alton Towers did plan on building one, but I believe John Wardley then saw Batman: The Ride, wanted it and so ditched the Pipeline for Nemesis.
  6. I'm glad the first test was a good one, but I was hoping we'd get to see it launch, in the form of a video, or at least pictures.
  7. Hmmm... building on the Mediterranean Lake are they? That sounds like an awful idea to me. That area is very nice and peaceful to enter and exit the park via, but now with such a big Rocket there it'll look crowded. Sounds like a Rita situation to me.
  8. The drop on Stampida going into the ORP, that's great air. Also, the really small second Double Down on Grand National has some great air, but it's very short.
  9. As far as steel goes, Nemesis is the most over rated pile of poo ever made. It's really no more exciting then most other inverts. I think Inferno is ten times better. For woodies, it has to be any of the Blackpool woodies, especially Nash. The airtime's OK, but the corners send me to sleep on that thing.
  10. I'm desperate to see Rent, and I hate the fact you Americans get it so long before us British...
  11. The Edge is currently rumored to be the name for anyone who's intrested, which I think is a very bad name, and I seriously hope that we're wrong with The Edge. It may take over Playstation The Ride as the worst name ever.
  12. Drama, music, coasters of course and films are my four main loves.
  13. It opens until about 7 at the latest, if that, in the peak. Also, I know what you mean about having a train station next to your house, we have one about 50ms away, and so we have trains going past every night... These people are so selfish.
  14. B&Ms seem to stay smoother, Intamins can get rough over time (look at Colossus at Thorpe, or Shockwave at Drayton). Though, when the ride first opens, they're pretty level.
  15. Great, another swinging ride at CP... it's a good thing they cancelled that Giant Frisbee they were gonna get last year... oh, wait...
  16. Ferris Wheels... especially at fairs... *shudders*. It's odd, bacause I'll do a 300ft Intamin Freefall fine, but stick me on a 50ft Ferris Wheel, and I'll have a heart attack.
  17. Colossus, Thorpe Park, yesterday. Running insanely fast due to rain... the first four inlines where the speed of the last... and the last was  . Shame it meant it was even rougher...
  18. Rita or... Oblivion or... Dragon Khan or... Stampida. You wouldn't think it, but I have been to more then PA and AT.... Others worthy of a mention, Nemesis Inferno, Winjas Fear and Force and Pepsi Max Big One.
  19. Microwaved Corn Flakes and jam, with extra sugar. Or, oranges, golden syrup and Hobnobs.
  20. I love the feeling, but unfortunately the only one I've done is Shockwave at Drayton, which is less then inspired, and rough. But, as others have said, that Zero G Roll is something special.
  21. EDIT- Dang, it needs WW, too bad.
  22. Mainly Humdinger and Tatsu as I'll get to ride them, but also Black Mamba for looking awesome, and Voyage just because it's looking to be one of the best woodies ever built.
  23. The Twin Looper at American Adventure back in 1996 when it was The Gladiator. I would have been six, so I'm happy with that. http://www.rcdb.com/ig808.htm?picture=11
  24. Stormforce Ten at Drayton you may be thinking of... forwards, backwards, forwards. Valhalla STINKS!!! Seriously, it is the worst ride ever IMO. It's so wet, the effects are placed in a giant tin room, which you can see the edge of... the effects aren't even very good, just bog standard effects used for years. It's really not the "Revolutionary" dark ride everyone seems to think it is. It blows.
  25. 517 on my 2 week old silver Mini. Bought it as early as possible as I didn't want to have to get a nano...
