That was the only picture I had (here at work)...everyone will have to take my word for it for another week or two. Geez...Dan & Stew love to bust my chops for some reason -

The themeing of the Golden Kingdom section more than makes up for any perceived lack of themeing on the trains. -
Last week our prices in Jersey went up (regular went up to $2.05), but they just started coming down again (I just got regular for $1.98 ).

I had a white rat, and she was one of the best pets I've ever had. She was very friendly and loved to sit on my shoulder all the time.

SfGam's Hurricane Harbor Update

I think our HH in New Jersey is the largest (45 acres). It's definitely bigger than SFNE's and SFMM's. -
So... What do you think of the Magnum XL?

Is that a "wraparound" or a "reach around"? -
Could this be one of Revolution's trains? If I'm not mistaken, didn't it have like 5 trains originally?

I think it's totally sweet that Six Flags parks are really sprucing up and improving this season! About Time! :? -
That was why I asked on here. I figured people who get TPR wouldn't have a problem with GBLT people I find it interesting that so far about 21% of total respondents are gay or bi, which was about the ratio I was expecting (seems like about the same ratio as at an ACE convention).

But on the other hand, a couple of minutes later, it's ready to go again... It's still a very young male...once it turns 40, it will be lucky if it can do it once a day. -
F-ing with people's minds like that is so much fun!

The park is auctioning first ride seats on Ebay, advertising it for April 21st (a day the park is closed to the GP), so the 23rd pretty much looks like the definite opening day now. -

By the way, the opening date should be April 23rd if all stays on track. The commercial shoot has been scheduled just before then. -
He's OK...looks like Ryan Reynolds little brother. I think most guys would switch for Ryan. I think lesbians would switch for Ryan (although they might be hoping for a threesome with Alanis!) 8)

My first car (and favorite car I've ever owned) was a 1979 Honda Prelude. After that I bought an '85 Prelude and an '86 Prelude, but neither was as good. My current car is a 2003 Saturn Vue (in forrest green)

I think KK is male. Just look at the large phallic tower. And the ride lasts less than a minute...those are male traits. -
My vote for best is SFOG. The park has a lot of "natural beauty" to it, and most fo the park is fairly well themed and takes advantage of the terrain. When I'm stressed and need ot go to a mental "happy place", one of my favorite places to think of is sitting in a rocking chair at the Riverview Carousel on a hot summer day, and catching a cool breeze coming off the Chatahoochee River, while the band organ plays.

Virginia: BGW vs. PKD
GAcoaster replied to Three's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
They are both great parks, but I think PKD gets overlooked because it's always in BGW's shadow. I always tell peopel to go to both parks, but to go to PKD first, then BGW. If you go from BGW to PKD, it tends to make PKD look like a second class park in comparison. -
Daylight Saving Time Fast Approaching
GAcoaster replied to SharkTums's topic in Random, Random, Random
I hate Daylight Savings Time! Arizona has the right idea nad just ignores it. 8) My European colleagues changed their clocks last weekend, so instead of being 5 or 6 hours ahead of me this week, they were 6 or 7 hours ahead, which made scheduling meetings dificult! -
I am just curious to see some statistics on the sexual orientation of the forum members. It's been my experience that there is a huge gay coaster following (I'd guess almost 1/4 of ACE appears to be gay), and I wonder if the same kind of ratio was represented here (not that there's anything wrong with it!) I'm setting it up as a poll so people can answer anonymously.

New Jersey (where all gas stations are Full Serve)- 87- $1.97 89- $2.08 93- $2.17 It just cost me $27 to fill my tank on my Saturn VUE tonight. The price of gas was $1.93 just 5 days ago when I filled up last.

Virginia: BGW vs. PKD
GAcoaster replied to Three's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
In the heirarchy of VA parks, for me it's always: #1 BGW #2 PKD BGW is consistently a "can't miss" (I go 2-3 times a year), while PKD is a "once a year" or "once every two years" park (even though I drive right past PKD to get to BGW). They have a couple of great coasters, and it's a really nice park, but it's not in the same league as BGW, IMO.
