User reviews on websites like Metacritic and Gamefly. I don't know why, but I enjoy seeing how different people's opinions can be on things.

What's wrong with you, Caaaaarl?! Anyway, I love reading user reviews on Gamefly, because people are so stupid. For Call of Duty 4 for 360, people are saying stuff about how the graphics look no better than the original XBOX, how it's way too hard because they played on the hardest difficulty, it's just a run 'n' gun game that "any average joe can pick up and play", and rating it a 1. I don't know why, but I find this rather amusing. -
I need to go to one of those concerts before I die, that looks incredible.

DAMMIT! "No Fighting in the War Room" in Call of Duty 4 is effing HARD! And I'm only playing on Regular, it's the part with the 11 minute countdown. It pisses me off how every time you die, it goes all the way back to the beginning of the countdown, in the same room you started in. I mean, 11 minutes without a single checkpoint, while pretty much the entire time is spent in various, intense firefights?! That's ridiculous! EDIT: Phew, finally beat it. Once you learn the secrets, it's not all that hard.

Going to see Relient K for the second time on December 15th! I dunno if this show's gonna be as good as the last, though, since this one's in a much bigger venue. The one in May was at The Boardwalk, which is a tiny room with a stage and a bar, not much else. The December concert's gonna be in Memorial Auditorium. It'll be different, that's for sure.

Ready? I am ready. Is this Sparta? -
So I just watched Where the Wild Things Are with a few friends. It was very good, very well made. The music, visuals and character development were all fantastic, and the plot was pretty great. However, as many have said before, the movie is really sad. Both me and my two friends almost cried several times, so watch out if you're bringing a kid to the theater. But there was one thing that made the entire movie awesome: Richard. 9/10

We watched the first two scenes of Romeo + Juliet for English class yesterday. I think that's the weirdest movie I've ever seen. I mean, it's set in an urban, modern setting, with really exaggerated colors and characters, but they use the original Romeo and Juliet script. So it's Old English. The entire time, the class was just like WTF.

Flight of the Conchords is amazing. They're a little comedy band, they have their own show on HBO, which is also quite funny. This is my personal favorite by them. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WGoi1MSGu64&feature=related Just a warning, there's one use of the f-bomb in the song.

Flight of the Conchords is my new favorite band right now.

I finally got Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare from Gamefly today. It's good. I just beat mission 3, the one where you're in the TV broadcast station. It's pretty fun, but a little bit tough for me, I guess I'm just not quite used to it yet. And multiplayer... Wow. It's fun, addicting, and surprisingly accessable. I really like this game. EDIT: Plus, I don't understand why people say this game's short! I've been playing for quite a long time, and I'm still in Act 2! Maybe a good 6 hours so far, I think.

Well, Brittany likes me back.

So the big update for Xbox 360 that gives it Facebook, Twitter, Last.fm, and Zune Video are only available to adult accounts. Which means that when you make your account, the age has to be over 18. Mine's set to 14. They should just let anybody with a Facebook account use it, not just adults. It's making me freaking mad how Microsoft makes pretty much everything available only to adult accounts: M or RP-rated demos and videos (even if you play M-rated games on the console, like Halo), downloading demos and stuff over a computer, and now this big update. This is just stupid.

It's not a movie, but I think it suits this thread well enough... I saw my school's production of Dead Man Walking yesterday. Now, I'm on the crew for the show and work props, and wasn't on my shift for opening night. So I decided to watch it, and let me just say, hearing it and seeing it are completely different. It was very emotional, intense, and at some times quite funny. One of the best stage shows I've ever seen. And to be a part of it just makes me feel so important. If anybody's in the Sacramento area, message me for some information about the show. It's excellent.

The absolute nerdiest, most embarrassing game of all time... Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords. I effing love that game right now.

Gotten back into The World Ends With You... Again. I decided to delete my 60 hours of data, and start the story mode over again. I'm starting to realize how truly amazing that game is. Still on week 1, day 4. Pretty much if you have a DS, go out and buy this game. You won't be disappointed.

On the contrary, I was very happy to see the Phillies win. -
Superjail. It's ridiculously violent, totally trippy, and just plain stupid. But for some reason, I love it.

Superjail. Most trippy, awesome show I've seen in years. -
My friend Eric finally got a 360, with Halo 3!

My sister's completely obsessed with it right now. I don't really understand what the big draw is, personally.

I have a feeling things are about to get a whole lot more complicated in the next few weeks for my hopes of a relationship.

Wouldn't it be great to heal the world with only a song... [/serj] -
Still Alive -- GLaDOS and Johnathon Coulton The credits song of Portal. I actually bought it on iTunes, it's a really great song.
