So I bought Half-Life 2 for the second time. See, I own it on 360 in The Orange Box, but bought it on PC last week for Garry's Mod and user-created mods. And damn, that game is just as fun as it was the first time through. I want to know if any of you guys know some really good single/multiplayer mods for Half-Life 2, that don't use anything like Counter-Strike Source or the HL2 Episodes, as I don't own those. And even better, if any of you own Garry's Mod, so you can show me the ropes.

I'm sorry I haven't been active in the least for the past couple months, guys. I've discovered a new forum and have become basically obsessed with it, since their community is always active and interesting. I still love you guys, I won't be leaving this site permanently.

This Halloween, I really want to get into a HL2 Combine Soldier suit and make people pick up empty soda cans that I knock off a garbage bin.

So Counter Strike: Source is on sale on Steam for about seven bucks today only. I just bought DJ Hero last week, so my parents would never let me buy a game right now. What to do, what to do... Also, I just noticed that every single user review of Toy Story 3 is a 10/10. Hmm.

Today, after a spontaneous spur of events, I saw Toy Story 3. Rather dark and mature for a G-rated movie, but still brilliant, hilarious, and a genuinely satisfying way to finish off the trilogy. I agree that it wasn't quite as epic as the first two, and the character development isn't as top-notch, but it's still very enjoyable the whole way through. And the short before it, that was probably the most amazing thing I've ever seen. 9/10

Had an INCREDIBLE day at Disneyland yesterday. Got there at opening, got right to Indiana Jones, then hit Haunted Mansion, Jungle Cruise and Pirates before my cousin arrived. Throughout the day, there was a massive crowd everywhere you went, but the lines were never too bad. Most rides, excluding Space Mountain, Splash Mountain and Indy, of course; had 20-40 minute lines, which was bearable. Best thing about it though, we caught Space Mountain right as it reopened (we waited 45 minutes earlier that day, only for it to break down), with a FastPass. So we waltzed right into the building, I had an incredible ride in the front seat, and the second we walked outside, we had a perfect view of the fireworks. Brilliant moment right there. So overall, we managed to get two rides on just about everything but Space Mountain. Excellent day.

People on Youtube are morons. I just want to say. Like is it really necessary to repost some crappy paragraph about The Rev (RIP) that uses a bunch of song titles from Avenged Sevenfold, on each and every one of the band's videos? Is it really necessary to bash me and try to get everybody against me just because I said I didn't like a song? Is it really necessary to post that same "U SAY JUSTIN BEBER I SAY LED ZEPPLIN" crap all over every video of a rock song?

I got to see an old friend today. He hasn't changed one bit, that's a great thing.

I bought that when it was on sale for $0.99, I'm actually a little underwhelmed by it. This might just be bashing the original arcade game, not the port, but you have to be absolutely spot on with your timing, which is difficult even with the optional guide.

Half-Life 2 Episode Two is over. All I can say, is wow. Definitely makes up for Episode One.

That's it. Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer is completely broken in every single way. It's like I want to have fun, and I want to play, but the game just doesn't let me. Let's see, I've already beaten the campaign on veteran, and I can't beat any more of the Spec Ops, so I should just sell it.

So my friends are basically ruining Facebook. They all become fans of anything and everything, probably fifty or something pages a day; they tag a million people in a photo, then have a completely unrelated conversation in the comments box that goes on for 41 comments in ONE HOUR; And they post completely stupid crap constantly. And its not just the internet where theyre getting obnoxious, its real life too. But I wont get into that.

So I beat Half-Life 2 two nights ago. And I agree wholeheartedly with all the people that say it's one of the best games ever made. And I also beat Episode 1 last night, in just under 4 hours. Not as good as I'd hoped, but still much better than a lot of other games.

Finally digging deeper into Burnout Paradise. It really is the best racing game I've ever played, no matter how much it rubberbands and repeats races.

School's out! And, got to hang out with friends for four hours. AND, seeing Iron Man 2 tonight!

DAMMIT! So yesterday I decided to play Zelda: Twilight Princess again, since I never made it past the Water temple. I started a new game. Today, in a single 3 hour session, I got from having to search for the Tears of Light for the first time, all the way to getting the boomerang. I finally solved a puzzle, threw my boome--BAM. Power went out. TV went black. Wii turned off. 3 EFFING HOURS OF PROGRESS LOST. It's not even stormy or anything, there's no reason for the power to go out. Oh well, now I know to save my game more often.

I'm listening to a mashup of Let It Rock by Kevin Rudolf and Tik Tok by Kesha. I like the first song but can't stand the latter, besides the chorus, and this remix fits that formula perfectly. So my school just finished up our production of Anything Goes a few weeks ago. It was an amazing show, lots of energy, and I think the casting was perfect for characters like Evelyn, Reno and Erma. This video is of the song Blow Gabriel Blow, my personal favorite part of the entire play. The video really shows the scale of the whole thing, and proves that Haley, the singer, really has pipes. Oh, and if anybody cares, that's my sister in the top left, in the blue-green dress!

I watched the 2005 movie version. My sister owns the final Broadway performance on DVD though, so I'll have to watch that one soon.

Watched Rent for the first time last night. Now I'm kicking myself for not watching it before. It was one of the best movies I've ever seen, and by far the best musical. The characters are weird, but you really learn to love them. My only gripes are that the first half or so is a bit slow for my taste, but that's for character introductions and stuff, and that the movie just felt too long. I'd definitely watch it again, though.

Just came back from Stockton VS Sacramento, with the Snot Cocks, Hit Reset, 9:00 News, and The Secretions. It was my first real show, since the only one I've been to before this was Relient K and Owl City... But yeah, the show was amazing. Opened me up to a new side of punk music I've never explored. The Secretions were my personal favorite, but the fact that Hit Reset had so much energy, hopping around the tiny stage and singing about video games, was pretty awesome as well.

Finally beat Braid today. All I can say, is thank God for websites explaining the ending, because even with the extra stuff that I found, it still makes no sense. Great game though, loved it.

This Saturday, I might be going to a show downtown with my senior friend Travis, to see some local bands. 9:00 News, The Secretions, Hit Reset and the Snot Cocks. I've never actually heard of any of them today, but from what I've heard I like them. They're punk, really high energy. I'm excited for the show.
